    Living in Sector 52 makes me very glad; here my daily life seems organised. As a renter, I find it great that local markets, maids, delivery services and grocery stores help me so much. Every day I take Sohna Road and Golf Course Road; I travel utilising HUDA City Centre Metro Station, which the majority of residents use. For medical requirements, I rely on Artemis Hospital; I see IILM University students nearby. I lease here because my workplace is in Cyber City and the travel is still manageable. I like tree-lined streets and green parks and feel secure at night. Frequent power outages start to bother me. I believe urgent improvement of internal roads and water supply stability is required.

The position near Golf Course Extension Road makes it very unique for commuters, in my opinion. For the simple entry to the Sector 54 Metro station, I recommend it. I notice locals content with prestigious schools close, like Artemis and the rumored Ardee School. As gated communities ensure that everything is safe, I believe the area is rather safe late at night. For morning runs, I like the local neighborhood parks. For my investors, the rental yield remains excellent. But I think the inadequate road repairs and street lights really want work.

    Positives: I stayed in Sector 52 and found the total experience quite wonderful. The seamless connection to the Millennium City Centre metro and Golf Course Road was very appealing. Every day, I found my Sector 44 hub office to be really easy to access. Most of my evenings were spent either at Ardee Mall or the Tau Devi Lal Biodiversity Park. It appealed to me that W Pratiksha Hospital and GD Goenka School were so near to me. The neighborhood was good, and the setting was secure.

    Negatives: The unexpected waterlogging on the roads gave me a negative encounter. The local sewer lines, in my opinion, called for very immediate activity. Also parking options are limited.

    Positives: The degree of my connectedness to everything is perhaps this place's greatest asset. I and my housemates relish the ten minutes it takes us to get to our Unitech Cyber Park workplace hub. Being so near Ardee Mall and the neighborhood markets for my daily meals is my favorite aspect. The transportation is excellent too, as vehicles and taxis are available 24/7 right outside my gate. Though I spy some plants in the local tiny parks.

    Negatives: The local authorities should really concentrate on repairing the sporadic roads and increasing late-night safety patrols. Certainly, the lack of open green areas and intermittent summer water supply problems are the most disappointing aspects for me.

    Positives: I believe Sector 52 is the most central location close to Golf Course Extension Road. My line of thought is that I would get premium living here. I appreciate the advantages of living close to hospitals like Artemis Hospital and schools like Amity International. The neighborhood has a very lively ambiance. The main travel advantages for me are the Huda City Centre Metro and the Rapid Metro at Sector 54. Also, the area is safe.

    Negatives: I am really disappointed in the low rental yield for my apartment. Given how awful the potholes in my lane are, we need better road maintenance. My experience with rain-caused waterlogging is also quite terrible. Need urgent improvement.

    Positives: Regarding location, the Sector 52 area is really very beneficial. My regular journey was simple, as the Huda City Centre metro and Golf Course Road were rather nearby. Having Artemis and Paras hospitals nearby for any medical needs was quite appealing to me. Ardee Mall was without a doubt my preferred hangout place, and I spent several weekends at Hong Kong Bazaar for fast groceries.

    Negatives: Lack of vegetation and continuous dust from continuing development were my main grumble. I believe safety depends on better street lights at night and repaired internal highways. The repeated power outages and the overflowing sewage during storms, which made my life terrible, were the most aggravating things for me.
