    Kharadi has a very content owner; I believe I made a fantastic investment choice. Surrounding the World Trade Center Pune and many leading tech parks, the area has swiftly evolved into Pune's main IT center, which sustains high demand for rentals. With the forthcoming Ramwadi Metro Station nearby, connectivity is rather strong, and there is simple access to Pune Airport and main roadways. Schools like Victorious Kidss Educares and hospitals such Columbia Asia Hospital are nearby, therefore families live easy. Though the region is inexpensive in relation to some other high-end neighborhoods, the infrastructure feels contemporary, safe, and lively. More public pocket-parks for community recreation would be something I would wish to see better.

The area seems quite safe and secure, and though rent is rather expensive owing to demand, the convenience makes it worthwhile. Better last-mile public transportation along the narrower residential lanes and more committed local parks are my only recommendations.

Though the characteristics here veer toward the premium end, the appreciation in value is amazing. The drainage system has poor performance and frequently causes monsoon waterlogging. Many highways close to the IT parks have to be fixed right away; thus, huge improvements are needed.

    Negatives: I have noticed some problems that call for resolution, though. First, the municipal garbage collection in some communities is not regular; second, there are sporadic water-supply drops in summer; and third, better pedestrian walkways and lighting in particular inner lanes might enable safer evening strolls. Despite these minor details, I am still proud to reside in Kharadi and consider it to be a excellent housing and investment option.
