I highly recommend Sector 22 to my clients for its central location and its strong connectivity. I suggest Sector 22 for airport proximity. I highlight HUDA City Centre Metro connectivity. I mention Kendriya Vidyalaya and Columbia Asia Hospital nearby. However, I observe there is traffic congestion and limited parking, which are some real problems.

I love Sector 22 for its central Gurgaon location. The locality is well connected via nearby metro stations and a busy bus network. The Manipal Hospital is huge plus. Having Ansal Plaza so close is wonderful. However, the waterlogging during monsoons and the broken interior roads are very bad.

I think Sector 22 is beautiful with its central location and various facilities. I feel the rental yield is quite stable here. I love hanging out at the Sector 23 market and local eateries. However, I hate the narrow lanes and trash piles in some areas. The locality lacks greenery.

I have wonderful experiences; my house is in Sector 22. For my job, I travel by the IndusInd Bank Cyber City subway. Because it is secure, I recommend this place for families. Local markets close by make my life simple. Narrow lanes and insufficient visitor parking bother me greatly.

I enjoy my life here because of the flawless connection. I like to be near Tau Devi Lal Park and my office. My family loves the street food. Students with neighbouring colleges find it quite handy. I still have issues with poor trash collection and heavy traffic here, though.

I feel safe because families and security personnel surround me. Trees and parks are appealing to me. In this area, I think rents are fair. I am vexed by narrow roads and drainage problems. Soon, road repair should be improved, in my opinion.

For working professionals, Sector 22 is the most well-developed region Old Gurgaon provides. I believe it’s close contact to Cyber City and Udyog Vihar makes it rather unique for travellers. For the outstanding reach to IGI Airport and the neighbouring Sikanderpur Metro, I advise this location. Residents are clearly profiting from premium universities like Rotary Public and medical care at Manipal Hospital. Because of well-lit gated communities and regular police patrols, I believe the neighbourhood is quite safe for ladies at night. Morning runs at Tau Devi Lal Park's greenness appeal me. Here, I note a remarkable rental return. I do, though, believe that the peak-hour traffic and inadequate garbage management need great development.

Since it lies very close to the airport and Udyog Vihar, Sector 22 is where I especially like to stay. The developed trees and open parks here appeal to me in their beauty. I wanted a pocket-friendly residence near the IT hub which I had got in Sector-22, Gurgaon. My wife and daughter loved to visit Ansal plaza which was nearby to my residential area. There was no traffic issue during office hours. The broad roads are well maintained. International standard school for my kid was very near to my residential complex.

Sector 21 is a major residential locality. Its proximity to the shopping malls, gym, banks, and markets has made life smoother. Broad and well-maintained roads have accelerated rapid growth. The IT hub is very nearby. This area has great connectivity with the international airport. This area has excellent connectivity via the sector-22 and old Delhi Gurgaon road. The availability of good hospitals has made life tension free. Railway stations are also very near to my residence.

Positives: I live here, and my experiences make me feel settled. I feel happy due to the central location. I use the HUDA City Centre Metro, which is a big advantage for me.

Negatives: I am offended by the narrow internal roads and traffic congestion. Also, the area needs better drainage by the authorities.
