I have been a tenant in this locality for 11 years. I have no wish to change the place. Everything I have got is necessary for my life. I have got branded college for my daughter where she can excel in education; I have got reputed hospital within walking distance. I have got a shopping mall, and market place as my weekend destination. Only the residents are unhappy with the erratic water supply in their locality.

As a proud owner of a plot in this area, I have got almost what I have demanded. Health to entertainment everything is nearby. I have admitted my child to a reputed school. Metro facility is also nearby. My residence is well connected to the broad way also. The roads are well maintained. The main concern is traffic during office hours. Authorities should check this problem. To reach to the office we need to start early.

I was an ex-tenant of this beautiful locality. My office was very near to my residence area. There was no traffic issue during office hours. The broad roads are well maintained. International standard school for my kid was very near to my residential complex. For entertainment, reputed commercial mall is there in that area where I could easily spend times with my friends and families at the weekend. We had no water logging concern during the monsoon season. My life was smooth.

Being a tenant, my first priority was an area where I could get an education in entertainment. I have got everything adjacent to this area. College and reputed hospitals are within walking distance. I can hang out with my family members on the weekend at the nearest shopping mall. Well-maintained traffic makes my journey to my office very easy. I have got a 24X7 power supply. The neighbors are very helpful and cordial too.

As an owner of a flat, I really like this area because of its good maintenance. This area will be a residential hub in near future. This location falls in the center of Gurgaon with a walkable distance from schools, hospitals, and the marketplace. Education to entertainment both facilities are there. It is connected by Dwarka Expressway and National Highway 8. The IT hub is within driving distance. We can reach the heart of Delhi by metro.
