Best society to live and good environment

I am an owner of a house in Amrapali leisure valley. I have been in this place for more than 6 years with my younger brother. There were some popular cafes named Cafe Chapter, Eat in Cafe, and Exotic Cafe and they tasted awesome. Whenever I get some free time I generally visit the Eat-in Cafe. There are some good tea stalls also.

I have my apartment in Amrapali leisure valley, Greater Noida and here I live with my parents. The roads of our locality are well maintained and there are some big street lights which are standing on every road to lighten the whole area. The transport services are good and we can have clean drinking water every day.

I have my own house in Amrapali leisure valley and here I live with my wife and daughter. My experience of living in this place is nice. Metro stations are near our locality which helps me to travel to several places in a short duration and this saves time. There is a park beside my house and I sent my daughter to play there with her friends.

Positives: Choosing to move to Amrapali Leisure Valley has been a great move. The apartments are of excellent quality and the neighborhood is great. We can easily get to vital markets and the Bisrakh Road for connection since we are ideally located close to significant institutions like Pacific World. The presence of amenities such nearby parks and stores enables us to lead a very practical and happy life here in Greater Noida West.

Negatives: Here, air pollution is a serious issue. Many local trips become rough because potholes afflict some internal roadways. The serious and ongoing problem with waterlogging and overall sewage disposal calls for thorough infrastructure improvements for a permanent solution.

Positives: This was a real haven thanks to the large houses and vibrant, kept grounds. I picked the site for the quiet and connectedness combination. The FNG access and metro expansion were a major positives. Nearby were necessary facilities such as Ryan International School and Yatharth Hospital. The amenities and location seemed reasonably cheap, guaranteeing a really pleasant living experience.

Negatives: Two main areas need development. The lack of a suitable GNIDA connection caused the community to depend on illegal borewells, which drew regulatory action and penalties. Thus the water problem was the biggest concern. Lack of clarity in the maintenance system and ongoing legal fights with the developer/NBCC were another problem that produced instability.

Positives: I have lived at Amrapali Leisure Valley for a long time and enjoy our advantageous position. The Noida Extension Link Road links us very closely. The Noida Electronic City Metro Station on the Blue Line is now our closest significant metro, but the planned Aqua Line extension will be enormous for us. Along with enough medical facilities, the nearby Gaur City Mall and Pacific World School allow us access to fantastic amenities. The area is very friendly and welcoming, really beautiful, green, and secure. I really advise relocating here.

Negatives: Last-mile metropolitan connections call for better committed shuttle services, hence the cleanliness of public roads beyond the main gate should be more constantly controlled.

Positives: Amrapali Leisure Valley is a fantastic little enclave inside Greater Noida West. Offering fast access to Noida and Ghaziabad, it is specifically located close to the major link road. It undoubtedly provides a premium atmosphere, and the rent is still fair for the facilities we get. The vast, clean roads are what I like most.

Negatives: Two things, nevertheless, have to be improved. First of all, public transportation accessibility is still bad. The nearest Metro station (Electronic City) is distant and last-mile connectivity is always a headache. Second, the main approach roads suffer from waterlogging during the monsoon season.

I left Amrapali leisure valley for my father's transferable job. I have been in this place for more than 8 years so I can say that my neighbors were so friendly and they were so helpful. There were some reputed private schools and some big apartments in our locality. But the area was congested with people and very noisy, which I don't like about the place.

I rented a small apartment near Amrapali leisure valley, Greater Noida and here I live with my parents. This place is so beautiful for living and there are several famous restaurants established near Amrapali leisure valley and they are Maati, Chawla's, Elastic, and a few more. The food quality is amazing and affordable too. I love Bengali foods so much but there are no Bengali restaurants available near our locality which troubles me sometimes.

Positives: I stayed here for some time, and the sheer verdancy and huge, beautifully built villas were the highlight. With quick access to the Expressway, connectivity was excellent. Daily living was made simple by proximity to facilities such Gaur City Mall and prominent institutions. The society facilities like the club at last started to take form.

Negatives: The builder's legal problems caused continuous challenges during my encounter. The lack of good water supply, based on unauthorized borewells without a GNIDA connection, was the major negative. Common infrastructure maintenance was sometimes haphazard. Local pollution and intense traffic congestion during peak hours also became daily annoyances.

Positives: I lately relocated to the Amrapali Leisure Valley complex and feel very at home here. With significant highway connections like NH-24 and the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, the connectivity is a significant benefit. Nearby, excellent schools such as Paras Public School and hospitals such as Yatharth Multispeciality Hospital motivated me to select this location. Compared to several locations nearer Delhi, the rent is more reasonable.

Negatives: Having stated that, there are three areas I believe might get better. One, traffic can gather during rush hours since some of the local infrastructure and roads surrounding the project are still under development. Two, I had hoped that there would be less green open space and parks inside and outside the neighborhood. Third, although the intricate appears mostly harmless, there have been sporadic claims of accidents in the larger neighborhood.
