I find Manpada famous for its luxury high-rises and strategic position. I am located near the Eastern Express Highway. My experiences with high rental yield are amazing. The upcoming Ring Metro stoppage looks promising. My disappointments are the slow road repairs and the lack of open public playgrounds.

I live in this beautiful, green hub. I find it great being near Jupiter Hospital and Hiranandani Foundation School. My experiences at R Mall are always fun. I feel rents are premium but fair. However, the limited late-night transport and crowded service lanes bother us every day.

I suggest this amazing locality to my clients. I see strong family demand and premium projects here. The locality has many facilities, like Singhania School, Jupiter Hospital, and Hiranandani Meadows nearby. I note Ghodbunder Road and future Metro Line 4 access. I highlight traffic congestion and high entry prices as concerns.

I love Manpada for its premium lifestyle and mountain views. My commuting is easy via Ghodbunder Road. The upcoming Metro and Titan Hospital are nearby. I frequent R-Mall and Viviana Mall. The area is green near Hiranandani Business Park. However, traffic noise and high maintenance costs are major drawbacks here.

Though a bit pricey, rent is justified. Internal road quality and drainage irritate me during the monsoon.

My regular travel is rather easy, as Ghodbunder Road links me so rapidly to everything. I recommend this neighbourhood since Bethany Hospital and Hiranandani Foundation School are very close. Women feel quite secure for me at night given the bright and bustling streets. I love the morning walks and fresh air Meadows Park has. My investment provides me with significant rental income from households with working members. Fewer hawker blockages and better traffic management at the primary signal are all I am really after. I cherish my quiet existence here.

I lived here a few months back for job purposes. It is very close to the center of the city. This locality is good for e-commerce, manufacturing, distributorship, etc. This locality is cooler as compared to other localities. For its eco-friendly environment. All basic amenities like hospitals, schools, colleges, and markets are available nearby. The neighborhood people are very friendly. The area is near the highway. Rickshaws and autos are always available there. This is a very nice locality.

Thane Municipal Transport System is a significant medium of transportation for daily commuters for all its residents. Ryan international school is situated nearby (approx 1.5 km). This locality is surrounded by trees.

It's a wonderful experience for me to live in such a beautiful locality in Thane. It is connected by the Thane-Ghodbunder Road (National Highway 48) and Eastern Express Highway. Manpada is situated in the center of the city. Many restaurants and a D-mart are available at 500 meters. Connectivity is going to be good with the upcoming metro and roads to Navi Mumbai, Kalyan & Dombivli. I have never faced a problem like water shortage which is a regular problem in other areas. This locality is very convenient for traveling as local buses are available. This locality has good security.

Positives: I liked Manpada very much and stayed there. I found local businesses, parks, hospitals, and schools intriguing. Travelling was made simple by bus links and roadways. Students and workers can afford rent.

Negatives: Though traffic is occasionally bad and water supply erratic, living here still seems okay to me.
