The place is nice, with good connectivity. Traffic can be pesky at times, and it takes longer than usual to get to the main city.
The construction is robust, and the interiors are premium-like. My parents too find the location very cozy. It is relaxing after work, and my child loves the play area.
I purchased to have a 2 BHK here; the vastu design is wonderful, and the gym is top class. I just love the green spaces.

I have seen that property and it has a great infrastructure has been made in one of the most areas areas of Noida. The building offers all the facilities and AI would highly recommend it to everyone.
Parking is congested at times. They should have planned better. Other than that, all else looks fine.
