Great project. In one word if I have to say then I would say Sufficient. For me and my family at least. The location is very very good. I like the fact that NH-8 is so close by. Having national highway near project is very essential. Also developer is giving a good layout plan and the open space is also nice at the project. Good people are buying it, all well-settled and successful people so I am also very happy.

I feel that project offers good mix of luxury and sophistication. Great amenities like sauna and clubhouse. Offers a premium experience for living. Location is near my workplace and kids like all the sports facilities and open space here a lot. Wife is happy with intercom and also looking forward to spend time at the club house. I think developer is also trusted and design is also top-notch.

There are several 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments available and they are all spacious. Myself booked a 3 BHK unit and it comes with great construction quality and great fittings and fixtures. There is good amenity list including swimming pool, gymnasium, tennis court, cricket facilities, skating rink, cycling cum jogging track, 24-hour security and more. I feel it will be a great investment.

I feel it is a good locality and it has great connectivity to so many places. There is National Highway 8 and the Dwarka Expressway nearby and also there are many educational institutions nearby. The fittings are all premium and top-class also. I am personally very satisfied with the project.

A good option if you want a ready to move society with a decent lifestyle in Gurgaon, with strong amenities and connectivity. But make sure to check specific unit quality (floor, facing), and factor in maintenance + traffic when deciding. Thanks
