I handle deals here. My experiences prove Sector 52 stays reliable. Golf Course Extension Road access and HUDA City Centre Metro are great advantages. The area has good schools like Amity nearby, and Artemis Hospital is within reach. I recommend stable investment returns here. I flag traffic bottlenecks and limited parking as drawbacks.

I love Sector 52 for its central location. The proximity to Golf Course Road is another advantage of this area. Commuting is easy via Millennium City Centre Metro. Having Artemis Hospital and Ardee Mall nearby is very convenient for my family. However, the broken internal roads and waterlogging are terrible.

Sector 52 is really good with its many advantages. I love the high rental demand here. My favourite hangout spots, like Hong Kong Bazaar, are great. Connectivity via the Rapid Metro is very smooth. I just wish we had better waste disposal and cleaner footpaths in this locality.

I love living here since the surroundings are rather active. I like my proximity to Tau Devi Lal Biodiversity Park and my workplace. The local eateries are much loved by my family. For students, I find it quite easy. In my lane, however, I have issues with waterlogging and sluggish trash pickup.

My experiences are excellent, and I reside in this locality. I ride the Millennium City Centre metro daily. I recommend this location to families as it is safe. Ardee Mall, right nearby, makes my life simple. In this initiative, however, the damaged roads and the constant traffic annoy me.

For medical requirements, I rely on Artemis Hospital; I see IILM University students nearby. I lease here because my workplace is in Cyber City and the travel is still manageable. I like tree-lined streets and green parks and feel secure at night. Frequent power outages start to bother me. I believe urgent improvement of internal roads and water supply stability is required.

I advise this locality because I believe Sector 52 is a secret treasure for families searching for a calm existence close to the hubbub. The position near Golf Course Extension Road makes it very unique for commuters, in my opinion. For the simple entry to the Sector 54 Metro station, I recommend it. I notice locals content with prestigious schools close, like Artemis and the rumored Ardee School. As gated communities ensure that everything is safe, I believe the area is rather safe late at night. For morning runs, I like the local neighborhood parks. For my investors, the rental yield remains excellent. But I think the inadequate road repairs and street lights really want work.

Living in Sector 52 makes me very happy because my experience here is balanced, tranquil, and useful for daily life. With expansive inner roadways, lush parks, and tidy residential areas, I believe this area looks exquisite. I like great connectivity from Golf Course Road and Sohna Road and easy access to the Rapid Metro. Knowing Artemis Hospital and Fortis Memorial are near, along with institutions like DPS and Heritage, gives me security. Even at night with gated neighborhoods and live security, I feel secure here. I appreciate restaurants, nearby malls, and parks. With strong returns and consistent rental demand, I believe my investment is worthy. At rush hours, I advise enhanced traffic management; quick road repair is advised in several segments.

Positives: I feel this area is peaceful because Sector 52 is well planned. I feel happy due to the nearby markets. I often go to the Ardee Mall area. I use the HUDA City Centre Metro, around 2 km away.

Negatives: However, the drainage after rain is really bad, and I suggest better road repairs.

Positives: I stay here for work near the Golf Course Extension offices. I find clinics nearby for quick care. I spend weekends at Tau Devi Lal Park. I feel rent is reasonable for families.

Negatives: I face water pressure issues, traffic noise, and power cuts in this area.

Positives: I feel settled in Sector 52 with my parents. I earn a decent rental yield in this area. I love green streets here. I enjoy family walks inside the sector.

Negatives: Narrow internal roads are really bad. I complain about the traffic rush. The area has no big mall within walking distance.

Positives: Connectivity to Delhi and business hubs is really convenient. Sector 52 has an active property market. Connectivity to colleges and the South Point Mall is another advantage.

Negatives: I am fed up with the frequent power cuts, bad drainage, and poor street lighting at night in this area.

Positives: Here the rent seems rather reasonable. Given that I reside close to W Pratiksha Hospital and the Unitech Cyber Park hub, my real experience is decent. Generally speaking, the neighborhood is rather pleasant.

Negatives: My problems, however, include low water pressure, outdated electrical panels, and extremely dark roadways at night.

Positives: I enjoy the quiet atmosphere and reside in Sector 52 for business. Near offices, clinics, schools, and daily shops, I like. Neighbors are amicable, and roadways seem secure. Transportation looks good.

Negatives: I find packed rooms disturbing. Here I miss more major shopping complexes, better road maintenance, and a more robust drainage system.
