The amenities are great. They have a gym, swimming pool, and laundry facilities on site. The complex also has a wide park area and plenty of seating areas for relaxing after work or school. It's very close to the train station and bus routes which makes commuting easy.

The amenities are fantastic. The pool and sports facilities are great for children, the laundry room is big and clean, and having constant security is a big relief after my mostly unsupervised last apartment. Asta’s close proximity to a number of restaurants and parks makes this apartment block one of the best in the area.

Been here for a month and I am very happy with my decision to move here. The Gundecha Asta complex is in a great location and close to the Mathuradas Vasanji road so there is easy access to shopping malls, grocery stores, and workplaces. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to live in the area.

I moved into Gundecha Asta last week. Everything's turning out great so far. My apartment is 650 sq. ft. and was surprisingly cheap. The staff are great. The maintenance workers are always available for any problems that might arise, and the office manager is very helpful with any questions or concerns you may have.

Only been here a month but amazed with the place so far. It's only 0.6KM away from Mathuradas Vasanji Road and the rooms are significantly above average. I'm very very happy that I moved into Gundecha Asta and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.
