I love Sector 1, Greater Noida, for its spaciousness. The Aqua Line Metro makes commuting easy. Yatharth Hospital and Gaur City Mall are super close. I enjoy the massive green belts. The Knowledge Park office hub is also closed. However, I face frequent waterlogging and poor street lighting here.

I find Sector 1 a very beautiful place. I think the rental yield is steady. I love the greenery here. My favourite hangout is the nearby mall. Transport frequency is okay with autos. I have complaints about frequent power cuts here. The water quality is hard. Sewerage blocks often in some lanes.

Here I have a home; my experiences are excellent. For my daily office commutes, I take the Sector 52 metro station. In this guarded neighbourhood, my family feels really safe. With Yatharth Hospital nearby, life is simple. I find the lack of streetlights and the dirty construction intolerable.

I love my life here because the atmosphere is rather fresh. Being near to my job and the local supermarkets is something I like. The open green areas are adored by my family. For pupils, I see this as rather practical. High pollution levels and rising traffic at the major intersections cause me challenges.

I recommend it because I view Sector 1 as the primary point of entry to Greater Noida West. For families, I think the Noida Sector 78 connectivity is wonderful. My recommendations always underline how safe gated communities like ACE Divino are. I advise bearing in mind the constant building dust and sporadic power surges.

I am very glad living in Sector 1, Greater Noida, as I find all I need close by. Mostly for job here in Noida or Greater Noida, I use shared cars and buses to central Noida as well as cars to the nearby Noida Sector 76 metro to make my office commute simple. Near for health needs is Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital, which is great; I also know schools like St. John's and Pacific World School are not distant. I am safe walking around; the verdant parks and tidy society gardens here are pleasing. I believe rent here is lower. I want more late-night buses here soon to simplify life, and I do wish last-mile public transportation within Sector 1 were better.

I love the plants in neighbourhood parks and shopping at Gaur City Mall nearby. Here I see a great rental return. I believe the construction dust and infrequent public transportation, though, have serious need of upgrading. This location is a goldmine waiting to open.

Living in Greater Noida's Sector 1, which is a very quiet and organised neighbourhood, makes me very pleased. Because of the broad roadways and quick FNG Expressway connection to Noida and Delhi, this region is appealing. I advise this location since Yatharth Hospital and Ryan International School are only a short drive away. With the active security in gated communities, I feel women are safe here at night. For my daily workout, I like the lush vegetation and spacious parks. I notice my investment increasing significantly as office goers produce high rental profits. I believe, nevertheless, that we have to develop local shopping complexes more quickly and have more frequent public transportation. My best choice is my house here.

Negatives: But I want better street lighting here. Also, I feel a large hospital is still missing close by.

Positives: I have mixed feelings about Sector 1. I feel this area has affordable rent and great connectivity to the FNG Expressway. Also, it has nearby colleges. I see future metro extensions coming.

Negatives: However, I hate the lack of public transport, dusty air, and poor security patrolling in this locality.

Positives: I chose this sector because it was peaceful. I had a good experience with the clean parks, proximity to Ecotech offices, and the nearby Stellar Children’s Museum.

Negatives: I moved because of some problems in daily life. There were no local markets, the mobile network was terrible, and public safety felt very weak.

Positives: I remember when Sector 1 had much more greenery. I loved the proximity to Kailash Hospital and Grand Venice Mall. But now, my experience is bad for some reasons.

Negatives: This place feels far from the main city. I face daily water issues, and the roads are in very poor condition.
