I think Chandapura is beautiful with its open spaces. I really love the local vibe and hanging out at Hebbagodi Lake. Transport is convenient with local autos. I feel the rental yield is improving here. I hate the noisy highway trucks, stray dogs, and lack of footpaths in this area.

Even at night, I feel secure; my encounter reveals welcoming neighbours. Evening strolls benefit parks and little local grounds; I am starting to like them. With growing demand and consistent rental income, I am sure my investment is worthwhile. I'm advising more street lighting and quicker drainage solutions soon.

Negatives: I dislike slow road expansion. I want better drainage and faster civic work.

Positives: I stay here mainly for work near Electronic City. I travel easily by bus and bike. I use Narayana Hrudayalaya for medical needs. I relax near Bannerghatta on weekends. I feel rent is affordable.

Negatives: However, I face dust, fewer cafes, and weak streetlights, but the night feels mostly safe.
