The residential complex of Neelkanth Palms is well connected to Ghodbunderroad and is very close to Upvan lake providing good views from every apartment.Additionally, there are multiple options of indoor and outdoor activity that comecomplimentary with living here and is something I look forward to after moving insoon.

I was impressed seeing Indian marble flooring in the apartments at NeelkanthPalms. It gives a highly sophisticated and elegant look to your home and comeswith a large selection of sports options. Being a health enthusiast, I find stayingin Neelkanth Palms very convenient.

With the Eastern Express Highway just 1.6 KM away and the old Pune road just3.2 KM from the complex, Neelkanth Palms provides great connectivity and iseasily accessible from the city centre and provides great convenience in my dailycommute to work.

My children enjoy the tennis court and the safe, green play courts. Security is top-notch with strict entry rules.

I can confidently say this project is a lifestyle changer. Weekends are spent swimming, or just lazing around the spa.

I love amenities but disheartened with slow facility management response to maintenance requests.

Having Viviana Mall and Jupiter Hospital nearby is a major plus point. But parking spaces are surprisingly crowded.
