Positives: The location has a peaceful atmosphere with the scenic Powai Lake and greenery. With spacious roads, well groomed gardens, and good connectivity through the Jogeshwari Vikhroli Link Road, Eastern Express Highway, and forthcoming Metro Line 6. Business centers like SEEPZ and MIDC, commuting being easy. IIT Bombay and Bombay Scottish School increases the attraction of the location. Negatives: The area has seen rapid development and, as such, traffic congestion has increased. The area is largely safe, but the recent illegal excavation close to the Hiranandani helipad has posed some questions regarding environmental sustainability The area, though supposedly upscale, has not seen large variations in property prices in the last couple of years.

Positives: There are mostly positives about living in Powai. The area is very green and clean, and the lovely view of the hills is another plus point. Plus, there are so many offices and IT parks here. I actually bought a property here, since I wanted to be within walking distance of my workplace. I am happy that I achieved here. Overall, the neighborhood is very posh, with all the social infrastructure you would want, and a very good, well-planned community of elite people. Negatives: While connectivity and lifestyle-wise, Powai is a top choice, everything here is too expensive, even when you are shopping on the local streets.

Positives: I relocated to Powai a span of five years ago and am fortunate to consider it home. Living here as a homeowner, I appreciate the peaceful mornings by Powai Lake. Also, the architect-planned Hiranandani Gardens, and the proximate location to IIT Bombay and the numerous tech offices that surround us. We enjoy good healthcare, well-known schools, nearby convenient malls such as R-City, and a vibrant café and restaurant culture. Widely spaced roads, well-maintained green enclaves, and community activities create a township-like environment. Negatives: Two drawbacks I observe are the exorbitant cost of housing and sky-high rents, and heavy traffic congestion on most days during peak hours. Also, the lake is plagued with pollution and water-hyacinth issues, even with regular cleanups, which at times restrict waterfront activity. I highly recommend Powai for its convenience.

Positives: I have had a property in Powai for years now, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my choice. It is such a well-planned township; the Hiranandani Complex is so well planned and the entire region around the lake is just exquisite. We have everything within reach, from premier schools like IIT Bombay to large corporate offices. It makes life incredibly easy. There are also plenty of excellent restaurants and family parks. I really adore this neighborhood. Negatives: My one desire is that the cost of living were not so expensive. All the way from property to day-to-day costs seems just a tad too much here.

Positives: I always say to everyone that if you would like to be at the center of everything, Powai is the location. It's really a happening IT hub with major corporate names like L&T and Hiranandani just here. The residential choices are great, from new apartments to expansive complexes, and the infrastructure is quite well-planned. People here have everything they need nearby, like malls, eateries, and high-quality schools like IIT Bombay. The proximity to the Western and Eastern Express Highways is a big advantage. The greenery is a relief, and the stunning Powai Lake is also a part of the tranquil ambience. Negatives: The only negative thing is the condition of the lake; it's extremely polluted and requires a lot of improvement. Even with its beauty, you can't fully appreciate it due to that.

I have been in the local area of Powai for 4 years in a rental home. The area is famous for the several educational institutes present here in the location. There are many schools like PG Garodia School, Poddar International School Powai English School, and so on. the area is very close to the Powai Metro Station and KanjurMarg railway station. The locality is very famous for the IIT market and the DR LH Hiranandani Hospital.

I am the owner of a shopping mall in the area and I like the area very much. There are many hospitals in the area like Nihal Nursing Home and so on. The commuting system of the area is very positive and there are bus stops that are well connected to the prime areas in Mumbai. The educational institutes are very well known for their infrastructure and education.

I am a permanent resident in the nearby locality of Powai in Mumbai. The area is posh and the area is very famous for the market's serviceability. There are many malls in the locality like Galleria and many more. The commuting system of this locality is very sound and the Mumbai coast is near the area. The area offers many fruits and vegetable markets which are providing products at very low cost.
