I love Vasant Vihar, Thane, for its posh vibe. My commute is easy via Eastern Express Highway. The upcoming Metro Line 4 and Bethany Hospital are huge pluses. I shop at Viviana Mall and enjoy the lush greenery near Ashar IT Park. However, traffic jams and high parking fees are terrible.

I think Vasant Vihar looks beautiful with its tree-lined lanes. My experience says that rental demand is high. I really love the elite crowd and my hangout at Korum Mall. Transport is easy with buses and autos. I hate the noisy construction, stray dogs, and hard water in this locality.

My flat is here, and my experience is excellent. My daily trips aboard the Majiwada metro that is now approaching. In this green space, I believe my family is secure. Nearby, Vasant Vihar High School is great to have. I despise the expensive social upkeep costs and the small public parking available.

I see here rental profits remain quite good. Narrow parking lanes and morning traffic call for an upgrade, in my opinion. This neighbourhood is the best option for a good existence.

With security, lighting, and constant mobility, I feel secure here even at night. For relaxation, I find pleasure in trekking tracks, Upvan Lake, and local gardens. With consistent rental demand and excellent returns, I believe my investment will pay off. I advise quicker peak hour traffic control as well as better internal road restoration soon.

Negatives: The water shortages, poor drainage, and zero public parking were major headaches during my stay there.

Positives: I am not satisfied with this locality. Thane railway station is 25 minutes away from this locality. I love being near Jupiter Hospital and Upvan Lake.

Negatives: I face daily traffic bottlenecks and low rental income. This locality lacks security, has broken road conditions, and we still rely on water tankers during peak summer.

Positives: I think the rent here is very expensive. Since I reside near Bethany Hospital and local offices, my actual experience is good. The area is exceptionally calm and privileged.

Negatives: But the lack of accessible local markets, extremely limited interior roads, and intermittent power outages cause me problems.
