The respected DRS International School and immediate medical access at Surekha Hospital are examples of great services. The only recommendation is that the local government provide more coordinated shuttle services linking the primary residential areas straight to the closest transit stations.

Visible issues with water logging during intense rains resulted from construction commotion, which also made the roads very dusty and rough. The region also lacks a large shopping mall or multiplex to meet the quickly expanding population.
