In my opinion two areas needing work are faster road repairs and fixing public-safety hazards like exposed cables so living standard remains high. Breathing clean air is best in Central Park. The one item I want would change is more road upkeep during monsoon season. Still, buying here feels like a true honor.

More regular township maintenance in some sub-sectors will keep all common areas looking fresh; this is one little improvement I would like to see.
