problems in monsoon times, road is covered with full of water. The rent of the apartment is

I feel that this person living in this developed area becomes a Mechanized man. Noise problem becomes a problematic issue. Sometimes I feel sorrow because of the sound of vehicles. As my locality is closer to the Rapid Metro Gurgaon, the sound of the train at midnight wakes me up. The apartments in our are old fashioned and it needs to be mended in a modern manner.
