I wanted a pocket friendly residence near to the IT-hub which I had got in Suncity, Gurgaon, apart from that I had a secured apartment. The locality is in proximity to the metro station with all green & serene neighborhoods. All major banks are within walking distance. Landmarks like centrum plaza, one horizon nearby. The locality is very prime at Golf Course Road and close to Rapid Metro.
Look I have had a rented apartment in this township for more than 5 years and I am living a peaceful life in a gated community where I can feel safe because of the all-time security system. My kids can spend quality time and take fresh air in the open ground. The Metro station is just near my community. Suncity is a very good location and connectivity easy access with Golf Course road and NCR. Most of the Commercial and Office towers and Extension RAoad are located nearby.
The Suncity Gurgaon is spread over 140 acres of lush green environs in Gurgaon, The locality has a gated society with active RWA-wide roads and no commercialization in residential areas. It is a gated community with a park for children to play in which is very needed for my kids. Club facilities and security 24X7 and water supply are there. It's located at a prime location for Golf Course Road. Metro Station is located right outside the entrance of the locality.
I have been residing here for almost 1 year in this locality. I have found that this locality is just amazing as the surrounding is well equipped with a lush green environment. Moreover its presence near the metro station, school, hospital, and malls makes it a perfect choice for everyone irregular garbage clearance, traffic during peak time, and waterlogging are some of the concerns. But I hope that govt. is looking into it. I strongly recommend this locality.
It's the most happening location in Gurgaon. It is a huge society with the availability of all required needs. You can easily find hospitals schools, supermarkets, and restaurants. Nearest connectivity Rapid Metro station. Even the security point of view is best in Gurgaon. Traffic jams during peak hours are the main concern which causes lots of pollution. If we can ignore this life is good over here.
