I believe Kondhwa is among the most exciting areas of south Pune. It is popular with families and commuters alike since it connects to NIBM Road, Salunke Vihar, and the Pune-Satara corridor. For the area, property values are sensible; tiny apartments provide rental yields. The neighborhood offers shopping choices including malls and high-street outlets as well as several nearby schools and hospitals, including Olive National School and Mirza Hospital.
