I also run across pupils from the nearby GD Goenka University in this area. The vibrant security makes me feel secure, and I relish the vegetation in the surrounding parks. It seems a little expensive but worth it. The elevated power backup charges trouble me nonetheless. The local drainage system is the primary issue in need of attention.
