Yes, property costs have gone up, and traffic jams have increased, but the overall living experience is pretty good. So, yes, I will give it a nice rating.

See, Madhapur is basically one of the more affordable parts of Hyderabad. The property rates here are comparatively better than in some other places. At the same time, the Hyderabad metro’s Blue Line network is accessible through the dedicated station and also Durgam Cheruvu nearby. Positives: Life in Madhapur, Hyderabad, was a pleasant one. The area is a cosmopolitan mix of modernity and convenience, largely because of the existence of HITEC City, where many IT/ITES businesses are housed. This facilitated commuting to work enormously. Also, even though the area is highly developed, its growing population requires a stronger waste management infrastructure.
