Positives: Initially thinking it would suit my corporate office, I moved to Hebbal. This time I am not particularly happy. I become quite irritated by the continual construction dust. In my opinion, the excellent airport connection is the main benefit here. BMTC buses makes transportation simple. Near is the Venkateshpura Metro Station. Esteem Mall was once my preferred hangout. Baptist Hospital is very nearby.
NegativeNegatives: More local cuisine, better basic amenities, and corrected strewn footpaths all call for development. I see a great dearth of basic local green. One negative aspect of this area that especially exasperates me is the enormous daily traffic congestion on the primary flyover.
I am totally content in Hebbal; I enjoy the mix of urban living with the stunning lake view. I have had an excellent experience, and I feel very secure. Undoubtedly the Outer Ring Road. It links me quickly to my work every morning, s my simplest mode of travel. The location in North Bangalore is, I believe, rather good. Right nearby Kensri School is the closest hospital, Bangalore Baptist Hospital. Walking about the well-known Hebbal Lake gives me my large green space and wonderful experience. I find my community to be quiet and very welcoming. I would say two things that have to be urgently addressed are the very constrained affordable local restaurants and resolving daily parking issues.
Hebbal is a top investment site right now with great capital appreciation and great yields. My entire experience makes it clear I should definitely recommend this to customers. The great connection from the Outer Ring Road and its near Kempegowda International Airport are the primary advantage. Given that significant corporate centers like Manyata Tech Park are only minutes away, the rental yield is quite great. Close by are first-rate institutions like Vidya Niketan and top health facilities like Manipal Hospitals. I believe the value of this location will simply go up. The one big omission is the heavy traffic congestion at the flyover during peak times. I believe residents would benefit from better footway maintenance on internal roadways.
Positives: A few years ago, I bet on Hebbal because I trusted this area. Living here makes me pleased as my surroundings are green and orderly. The neighbourhood environment appeals to me; highways and buses provide strong transportation. In my view, the future Hebbal Metro will bring more value. Here I feel secure; for permanent residence, I recommend this area to others. The closed schools, hospitals, and quiet residential lanes are something I find appealing.
NegativeNegatives: The traffic jams and absence of adequate pedestrian crossings upset me most. I would add that in some areas there are few public parks, which I believe have to be fixed urgently.
As a tenant, I live in Hebbal and am really pleased with my choice. I like the lakes and open areas all about me, and I appreciate the calm mornings. As a renter, I feel secure here since buildings are safe and streets remain vibrant. Although rent appears to be a little bit expensive, I believe it reflects the benefits of the area. I travel to my job in nearby business centers and Manyata Tech Park with little trouble. For family weekends, I find Elements Mall very appealing. Future metro connections will surely benefit more, I believe. Better sidewalks and more nearby cafes are sorely lacking in this region.
I love the quiet vibe of Hebbal and the abundance of plants all around me. Thus, I am rather delighted living here. In my opinion, my investment is justified because land values here keep increasing. Bellary Road and ORR help me to travel day and night; cabs and buses without tension abound. Here I feel secure, and I like the well-designed community. Daily stores and schools surround me; I love the close hospitals, Baptist and Manipal. The metro and tech parks lead me to believe this region has great future development. Urgent attention should be paid, in my judgement, to traffic jams and road dust.
Hebbal is one of my recommendations for my customers since I believe it has exquisite homes, a better lifestyle, and tranquil living. With gated communities, parks, and spots to unwind, this neighborhood appears safe in my judgement. I always draw attention to the future Hebbal Metro Station on the Airport line since I believe it will greatly simplify the everyday commute. I enjoy the great road connectivity via Outer Ring Road, Bellary Road, and the airport highway. I bring up Manipal Hospital, Aster CMI, and colleges like Vidya Niketan in my conversations. Here, I see a strong rental yield, as Banyakata Tech Park is close. I believe the flyover requires better traffic management.
Positives: Though also overwhelming, the area seemed quite promising. Outside my apartment complex, I felt I was not very pleased with the civic facilities. I saw that the great proximity to the airport and the lovely Hebbal Lake were the really good aspects. I appreciated the strong presence of well-known institutions such as Baptist Hospital in close proximity. The flyover neighbourhood was invariably congested, I observed.
NegativeNegatives: My view was that many aspects call for significant improvement. The dusty primary access roads around the area, the crumbling existing footpaths, the inadequate street lighting on feeder roads, and the erratic public cleaning schedule all let me down.
Positives: Hebbal strikes me as a classy, gorgeous neighbourhood with that nice lakeside feel. I especially like this neighbourhood because of its very eco-friendly atmosphere, especially around the Hebbal Lake Park, which has tremendous greenery. Manyata Tech Park is very near my workplace. North Bangalore is easily accessible via the Hebbal flyover network. Its airport and downtown close proximity make this area really well-known these days. High demand causes an outstanding rental yield. Easily reachable are the closest Rajiv Gandhi Medical Hospital and the enormous Atria Institute of Technology.
NegativeNegatives: The lack of leisure and amusement alternatives is my primary issue. Many interior areas need very fast footway restoration.
Positives: My time spent in Hebbal was great because everything seemed to be centrally located. Already noted for the enormous flyover, linking you straight to the airport, the area's travel benefits were rather obvious. Though the metro wasn't yet entirely functional, the impending Blue Line was always a central topic of discussion. Knowing reputable hospitals like Manipal were close gave me peace of mind. The peaceful Hebbal Lake made me happy about the green areas available in the area.
NegativeNegatives: The persistent, deafening traffic noise and pollution, particularly close to the flyover, troubled me most. Often, the interior colony roads were badly maintained. Certain residential areas had problems with unsteady municipal water service.
Positives: Though the rent is a little high for my budget, Hebbal seems a good place to rent. The main benefit is connection. The large flyover makes the trip easy, and Manyata Tech Park is close. It's a great relief that we have excellent hospitals and schools nearby. Malls, markets, and bus stops are so easily accessible here. The green near Hebbal Lake is stunning.
NegativeNegatives: It is safe, although some internal roads are far too black at night. The poor peak-hour traffic, the excessive rental costs, sewage overflow on certain roads, and the need for immediate street lamp installation around the flyover are major disappointments.
Positives: Hebbal presents a life so balanced and practical. Since the major bus stops are nearby, my usual path to Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology is straightforward. Finding a bus or taxi is not a difficulty here; even at night, I feel very safe. Although the rent is somewhat pricey, the easy access to everything makes it totally justifiable. Life will get even better with the approaching Metro Phase 2B. For pleasure, I often travel to Esteem Mall, the closest to my house.
NegativeNegatives: Though we also require changes. The walking paths are sometimes uneven and risky. For everyone, locating parking spots is a major challenge. The area might benefit greatly from more casual eating choices and inexpensive eateries.
Positives: I chose my home in Hebbal mostly for its great investment prospects and direct access to the airport. I made the best choice. Just a quick trip; my workplace close to Manyata Tech Park is a great blessing. Linking us quickly to North and Central Bangalore is top-notch connectivity via the flyover. For my family, living near prestigious institutions such as Vidya Niketan and clinics such as Baptist Hospital is really practical. Our evening strolls across lovely Hebbal Lake are quite satisfying. Here, I feel very secure and glad.
NegativeNegatives: The continuous traffic near the main crossroads is what needs to be corrected immediately. Furthermore, the community might use more committed public athletic fields.
Positives: Certainly, the cosmopolitan lifestyle and employment opportunities were Whitefield's major strong benefit. That's the reason I showed up a time before. Currently strong, the new Metro line connecting the area much improves connectivity. With police on patrol, the neighbourhood seemed safe overall, and inside the large housing complexes we had good, committed green areas. The accessibility to all of the main roads was outstanding.
NegativeNegatives: The primary problem was the heavy, erratic traffic especially on weekends which slowed down brief trips. Walking is hazardous and challenging since the internal roadways and side streets are sometimes not well kept and lack appropriate sidewalk trails. Need to improve maintenance of public utility networks.
Positives: I chose Hebbal since it is ideal for North Bangalore professionals even if rents are a little high. The area is so good due to its strong connection, particularly the Hebbal Flyover, a strong link to the CBD and airport. We have several excellent schools close by, as well as renowned hospitals such as Manipal. For local transportation, buses and automobiles are usually reasonably priced and sufficient. Here, one feels secure.
NegativeNegatives: One big disadvantage for simple city mobility is the lack of an operating metro. Entertainment opportunities are extremely limited right now. The area has to be more densely populated with excellent restaurants, pubs, and shopping malls.
Positives: Although it is not precisely the city center, it links smoothly to the airport and the Outer Ring Road. For professionals, being close to Manyata Tech Park is ideal. The Hebbal Lake scene is just amazing. The new Metro line offers great prospects for future growth. Particularly for those who travel often or work in a tech park, I strongly advise Hebbal. I was most struck by the combination of great amenities and green area the place had.
NegativeNegatives: To relieve peak-hour traffic jams, the complicated Hebbal flyover junction has to be modified. We also have high hopes for better infrastructure to address significant waterlogging problems during strong monsoon showers.
Hebbal is, in my opinion, the most unusual investment site in North Bengaluru, mixing luxury homes with prominent corporate complexes, hence I would strongly recommend it. Linked by Outer Ring Road and the primary Hebbal flyover, this strategic location guarantees strong capital appreciation. Although the features are exceptional, the rental yield situation is continuously great thanks in part to the presence of IT behemoths. Top facilities like Manipal Hospital, Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology, and Esteem Mall nearby benefit the locals. For me, this region is a leading development artery. Focusing on improving the local traffic management and diversifying the leisure possibilities will guarantee its rank as the best in the city.
I believe Hebbal is a great location. As a new tenant, my encounter has been outstanding, placing me only a little bit near my office. The area is extremely central with excellent Hebbal flyover connectivity to every corner of the city. My view of the community is that the civic agency is really concerned about cleanliness. The best thing is how close I am to major corporate centers such as Philips Software and IBM. This location is highly suggested since getting access to Subhash Memorial English School and Ehaa Hospital is really straightforward. I travel quite frequently on the local bus services and reside close to the Venkateshpura Metro Station. I'm really looking forward to seeing additional amazing entertainment venues here.
I am so thrilled I decided to put my money in Hebbal; the site is amazing, absolutely in the middle between the airport and the CBD. Living here brings delight for my family and me; the mood is calm and safe. Easily accessible are important businesses and hospitals like Bangalore Baptist Hospital. Through the primary highways, the connection is great. I know the future Namma Metro will improve it even further. Weekends find me delighting in transporting my kids to the lovely Hebbal Lake Park. We enrol our children at CNK Public School. Although the fast expansion occasionally causes road congestion, the continuous work on the new Hebbal flyover loop should greatly alleviate travel for all like me.
Positives: I believe I chose Hebbal for job and quick access to workplaces. From here, Manyata Tech Park and the airport are easy to get to. Hebbal Lake and surrounding grassy areas offer a great weekend getaway. I can assert that metro expansion projects around Hebbal will quickly benefit daily travelers. When required, I believe hospitals like Manipal and Columbia Asia are approachable. Near to daily shopping, coffee shops, and educational institutions are accessible.
NegativeNegatives: I believe rents in far off locations are greater than in central Bangalore but are still fairly cheap. Urgent fixes needed include more efficient waste management and cleaner lakeside areas. More big stores and nightlife venues, I believe, would help life to be better. On the whole, I find myself optimistic and somewhat at ease here.
Positives: Living in Hebbal makes me really content. Hebbal Lake is my preferred hangout. Most evenings I stroll the boardwalk. Schools are my main concern; thus, we have nearby excellent options like Euro School and Orchids. The airport being near and the Manyata Tech Park provide the main benefit as work trips become less demanding. With the proposed Hebbal interchange on Namma Metro, metro connectivity is getting better. Hospitals like Columbia Asia and Manipal cater for emergencies in the region. I find the combination of modern high-rise and lakeside quiet appealing. Because of business centres nearby, demand for rentals is high.
NegativeNegatives: I wonder about the odd sewage troubles close to the lake and trash. I also yearn for more large malls and leisure venues. I love my house still.
Positives: I reside there mostly because it's so near to Manyata Tech Park. That fast commute and great flyover connectivity, especially to the airport. We had large hospitals close by like Manipal and Esteem Mall. Though it was a lovely, peaceful area, Hebbal Lake was generally an extremely pricey place to live; the rents were absolutely on the higher side.
NegativeNegatives: A daily nightmare and always worsening were the tremendous traffic gridlock encircling the Hebbal flyover junction. Compared to other places, there is a dearth of nice, cheap entertainment and dining possibilities. Finding parking also used to be difficult. The metro network has to be considerably more closely linked with the other parts of the city.
Positives: Excellent Hebbal location close to Manyata Tech Park. My top concern was ease of travel. Thus the connectivity over the massive flyovers is a major plus. It is really wonderful and advantage for me. Rent here is surprisingly inexpensive when compared to central Bangalore. I pay about Rs.10,000 for a 1BHK, which strikes me as sensible. Having vital businesses like groceries and hospitals nearby appeals to me. Nothing compares to an evening stroll around the scenic Hebbal Lake for a tranquil holiday.
NegativeNegatives: The main problem is the well-known Hebbal traffic. During peak hours, it is continuously gridlocked, hence making the trip unpredictable. Furthermore, irritating and needing superior drainage work by the civic authorities, the highways get waterlogged rapidly during intense rain.
Positives: I've been a content Hebbal owner. The unparallelled connection really stands out. It's the ideal entrance to Airport Road and the city. Day and night I always feel quite secure. Close by are Aster CMI Hospital and Vidya Niketan School, therefore infrastructure is robust. My preferred leisure location is the lovely Hebbal Lake. A major future game-changer will be the Blue Line Metro station now in development. Around the lake, the vegetation is modest yet conspicuous. We enjoy Manyata Tech Park's rapid accessibility.
NegativeNegatives: The continual flyover construction noise and dust are really worrisome. In the interiors' residential roadways, too, we urgently need improved garbage management systems.
Positives: Mostly for the great investment opportunity and nearness to my workplace, I went with Hebbal. The rental yield here is amazing mostly because of the proximity of the location to top IT centers such Manyata Tech Park. Though we do not yet have an operational metro, local transportation is simple thanks to the BMTC bus and vehicle services. The elegant residential vibe and the safe surroundings are my favorite feature. My family depends on my feeling of security here.
NegativeNegatives: Given the present property costs and rents, it is unquestionably not a cheap place for all. The sluggish speed of the forthcoming multi-modal transportation hub's metro building worries me the most. Faster implementation of infrastructure projects is necessary to permanently alleviate the ongoing traffic problem.
Positives: Living in Hebbal is really a luxury experience in North Bangalore. The outstanding connectivity of the area, particularly the enormous flyover network, is its distinguishing feature. It makes my regular airport or CBD trip very quick and simple. Having the peaceful Hebbal Lake and its lovely parks right here really makes me quite happy. What most astounds me about this area is the great number of specialty hospitals and affluent international schools. It presents a lavish and practical existence, a great mix of urban conveniences with green areas.
NegativeNegatives: Still, traffic congestion during peak times is extremely bad; one thing that absolutely needs continuous control and improvement is this. Finding a good evening parking space is also a ongoing annoyance. Still, this is a great area to live overall.
Positives: Hebbal is all right to live in, but for a tenant like myself it is rather cheap. The excellent connectivity and lovely Hebbal Lake for rest are the most important advantages. I have high hopes for reduced traffic soon from the forthcoming Blue Line Metro station. Columbia Asia Hospital, Elements Mall, and St. George College are just nearby in key facilities. Without question, this is a major hub.
NegativeNegatives: The heavy traffic jam, especially on the flyover, urgently has to be fixed. The bad air quality and pedestrian paths worry us. Promptly taken care of is simple rubbish disposal control. The fast growth means the underlying infrastructure is really fighting to keep pace.
Being near the airport and having direct access to the Central Business District via the huge flyover were really appealing to me. Because of its wealthy character, the region always felt safe. With institutions like SES English School and first-rate medical care at Manipal Hospital Hebbal and Ehaa Hospital, we were well-served. Although Venkateshpura had a metro station close by, its link was never as flawless as I had wanted it to be. Entertainment was restricted as I always missed varied restaurants and recreational possibilities relative to other regions of Bangalore. The major flyover had traffic congestion that appeared like a daily struggle and a great letdown.
Positives: Residing in Hebbal seemed to be at the core of North Bangalore. Through the Hebbal flyover and the Outer Ring Road, which made airport access simple, the flawless connection was greatly appreciated. We had premium services as well. It was an exceptionally practical, secure, and luxurious place to live with nearby hospitals such as Ehaa, Esteem Mall, and excellent schools.
NegativeNegatives: Daily irritation came from the enormous traffic congestion at the primary Hebbal junction, which also generated enormous bottlenecks. Finding good and cheap entertainment was disappointing since there were unexpectedly few nice eateries or bars close. Finally, the exorbitant rental price was felt to be owing to the strong technological presence.
I relocated to Hebbal especially because of the outstanding office proximity to tech behemoths such as IBM and Philips. This location is obviously a high end option, but the time I save on traveling makes it well worth the price. Everything fundamental is easily accessible. Like Esteem Mall, the big malls satisfy all my refreshment and shopping needs. The scene of Hebbal Lake offers a welcome reprieve from urban life, and I really value the energetic vitality here. The planned Namma Metro line is guaranteed to greatly enhance future travel. I worry about the safety of crossing the busy major roads, though. For its superior level of ease, I heartily advise this neighborhood.
I rise pleased with our Hebbal investment. Life here is well balanced; it provides a bit of nature and access to the city. Because of the excellent infrastructure, I selected this prime site for its nearness to the airport and sure increase in value. The premium amenities help us daily. Nearby, my children attend great schools; hospitals such as Manipal are readily accessible for any emergency. Travelling to the CBD is easy thanks to the huge Hebbal flyover system. Quiet nights and weekend walks around the beautiful Hebbal Lake suit our tastes. My only somewhat letdown is the scarcity of appropriate, devoted sidewalks on all interior roadways, which calls for local enhancement. This place is rather lovely.
Positives: Renting in Hebbal seems safe and rather pleasant. Quick access to the airport comes from the Hebbal flyover. The adjacent Venkateshpura Metro Station makes city travel effective. I rely for medical care on Manipal Hospital Hebbal. All shopping and amusement is managed by Esteem Mall. Essential facilities are right here. Families can easily reach CNK Public School and other nearby schools. The future Namma Metro extension will enhance this area even more.
NegativeNegatives: The severe traffic on the primary flyover at peak times is a daily battle. Hence, we need improved maintenance to remove some ongoing local sanitation problems in market areas. It is a privileged place to hire despite little irritations.
Particularly for discriminating customers looking for luxury and unmatched connectivity, Hebbal is a brilliant North Bangalore area I strongly advise. With its strategic location next to the Outer Ring Road and Bellary Road and the remarkable Hebbal flyover, it offers easy access to the CBD and Kempegowda International Airport. With elite residential developments and closeness to top IT centers, the area offers plenty of work possibilities. Moreover, locals like great social infrastructure, including premier hospitals such as Manipal and many renowned educational institutions. Although the area is affluent and offers breathtaking lake views, we have to recognize the ongoing intense traffic, especially close to the flyover. Furthermore, the average property rentals in this area tend to be more expensive. Hebbal's combination of place, lifestyle, and development potential notwithstanding some modest problems.
Hebbal has been that peaceful place where I have started my family and settled down. I go to office through the Hebbal Flyover, and the ORR and NH-44 are both easy to access. Bus connectivity is decent also, while the Yelahanka railway station is not that far away. Lakes and green zones are abundantly available in the neighbourhood, while social amenities are also coming up pretty fast these days. Cost of living is also lower than some other parts of North Bangalore.
NegativeParking in the area during the peak hours is a nightmare. This really bugs me, since I can’t find a slot most of the time.
Hebbal has always attracted me due to the comparatively reasonable budget range, in comparison to many other Bangalore localities. I always liked the fact that the Outer Ring Road and Bellay Road were easy to access, along with the locality having some attractions like the lovely Hebbal Lake, which has now become my go-to spot for walks and just some relaxation in the middle of nature. Safety is also top-notch, while road connectivity, as I mentioned, has always been good.
NegativeThe only issue that I have faced is the erratic water supply at times. This is one thing that the corporation should solve at the earliest.
Positives: Going to the airport became very simple thanks to the Hebbal Flyover. Having Esteem Mall and Manipal Hospital practically there, I felt extremely safe. High rental demand brought on by closeness to big corporations like IBM was advantageous for my house. BMTC Hebbal Depot's bus routes were consistently dependable. The new Venkateshpura Metro line guaranteed future travel convenience.
NegativeNegatives: My main trouble was the general lack of street cleanliness. Sometimes the garbage gathered up, especially on inner streets. Though it was a developing IT hub, I often felt the area was far from the established city centre, making certain outings a hassle. Moreover, finding free parking around flats was quite difficult.
Positives: Hebbal is very easy to live in, especially if I work close by for one of the IT titans like IBM. The Hebbal flyover connects us swiftly to the airport and other areas of the city with strong Bellary Road connectivity. The site is great. With Esteem Mall covering all my shopping needs, Poornima and Ehaa Hospitals nearby, we have great healthcare choices.
NegativeNegatives: The lack of an appropriate Namma Metro line here right now is a serious issue. Because of the presence of the IT industry, the rental charges seem very high. Finally, in some inner lanes I occasionally see bad trash management.
For me, buying a house in Hebbal, Bangalore has been a great choice. One of North Bangalore's most lovely and well-connected regions, this one is Hebbal appealed to me for its beautiful lakeside vistas, vegetation, and sturdy infrastructure. Close to the Kempegowda International Airport, the region has great connectivity via the Hebbal flyover. Nagawara on the Green Line extension is the closest metro stop. Living here is really easy as reputed schools such Vidya Niketan and Kensri School, and hospitals such Aster CMI and Baptist Hospital are nearby. The area is perfect for both businesspeople and families; it is tidy, safe, and arranged. The one thing that could get better is more cultural or leisure areas.
Positives: Hebbal has given me a very great general living experience. The vistas of Hebbal Lake and the broad open roadways add to this location's special appeal. It's near Manyata Tech Park, therefore ideal for IT professionals. With schools, shopping centers, and medical facilities close, the social infrastructure is good. Still, there are a few regions that could use improvement.
NegativeNegatives: Some areas need better illumination, a few inner roads want more frequent trash collection, and public seating surrounding the lake could be enhanced. Still, the way of life here is peaceful and pleasant. Hebbal's development has been amazing; I genuinely believe this area will continue to be among the most wanted homes.
Hebbal offers me a very well-balanced and posh urban lifestyle. Daily life is greatly enhanced by the accessibility to major corporate areas while still maintaining lovely natural sites such the spectacular Hebbal Lake. With famous hospitals close, emergency services are easily accessible and guarantee families fast peace of mind. Although modern metro integration is still evolving, the huge flyover network allows for quite easy access to North and Central Bangalore. For urban professionals, this is the ideal residential spot. The only one that needs concentrated effort is making good, devoted public athletic fields and community centers more accessible. Any other area I would not pick.
Consistently drawing premium tenants, Hebbal is the ultimate strategic investment hotspot in North Bangalore. Its great property value is propelled by its unrivaled connectivity through the Outer Ring Road and easy access to the international airport. Rental returns are very strong, guaranteeing steady passive income for investors with important business areas like Manyata Tech Park just minutes away. Including Columbia Asia Hospital, major healthcare organizations improve the long-run market viability of their services. For those looking for safe capital appreciation, I advise Hebbal vehemently. One essential upgrade is streamlining the local trash management system to handle dense development in the region.
Positives: I count myself rather fortunate to have Hebbal home! It is very fundamental. With the Hebbal flyover and Bellary Road, getting to the airport or the major city is very simple. These days we have the Venkateshpura Metro Station nearly. With IT companies like IBM right here, this region is exploding. CNK Public School is the ideal institution my children attend. Even hospitals like Manipal are quite close. As an owner, I also notice good rental income.
NegativeNegatives: Particularly during rush hour, the traffic bottleneck is horrific and consistently clogs up on the main road. Finding decent parking places is likewise a never-ending fight for me, or when friends are coming.
Positives: A few years ago, I purchased my house here. Rally, Hebbal is my best investment yet. Our network is just great as we are the official entryway to the CBD and the airport. From first-rate institutions like Manipal to Esteem Mall, we have everything close by. Therefore, I really relish my morning stroll around the stunning Hebbal Lake. Giving a wonderful residential vibe, this North Bangalore neighbourhood seems quite elegant and safe.
NegativeNegatives: We still occasionally have an unreliable city water supply, so we must rely on tankers. Basic public hygiene also needs to get better since garbage disposal on the service roads might be erratic.
Being the entry to the Konkan coast and its closeness to the future Navi Mumbai International Airport sets its distinct USP. Centrally located for connection, this area simplifies my journey to nearby office clusters like CBD Belapur. I selected Panvel for its strategic advantages and now have reasonable rental. Anchored by the enormous Panvel Railway Junction, connectivity is excellent. Near well-known institutions such Lifeline Hospital and DAV Public School, Orion Mall offers excellent entertainment. I haven't seen any crime-prone areas; the neighborhood seems quite secure. Better regulation of sporadic water supply fluctuations, which are slight trade-offs for such a flawless tenancy, together with dedicated pedestrian paths/footpaths. I strongly suggest Panvel.
Most of Hebbal's unique connectivity to North Bangalore and the Airport makes my life here great. The Hebbal Flyover system, which connects me right to commercial centres like Manyata Tech Park, led me to choose Hebbal. Although there is not currently an operational Namma Metro station, the next line will increase connectivity even further and the neighbouring Venkateshpura Metro Station is close enough to utilize. Manipal Hospital Hebbal is next with great educational institutions such Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology. Adding more local parks and green areas beyond the main lake area would be my two primary improvements; the range of cheap local eateries is now restricted, therefore enhancing their diversity would be another one.
I give Hebbal a strong five-star rating because its main selling point is its strategic location right between the CBD and Kempegowda International Airport via the enormous Hebbal flyover. Although technically North Bangalore, this area serves as a focal point for premium clientele because of its quick access through Bellary Road and the future Namma Metro extension at Venkateshpura station. High-end homes, lush surroundings surrounding Hebbal Lake, and big businesses nearby like IBM define the region. Top-notch amenities like Manipal Hospital and Esteem Mall as well as organizations like the Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology help locals. Parking, meanwhile, is really tough here, particularly close to business areas. Also, rental rates are on the higher side, hence it's not the most economical starting point for novice investors.
Positives: The amazing connection really appealed to me. Travel to the airport and the CBD was very fast due to the Hebbal Flyover, a great time saver. The access to large IT hubs like IBM and Philips, together with good hospitals like Manipal, made it an upmarket and safe place to live. We never encountered power or water problems. Furthermore, providing a lovely, tranquil refuge very nearby was the renowned Hebbal Lake.
NegativeNegatives: But certainly the continuous traffic congestion close to the flyover junction was the major problem. Some found the property rental prices prohibitively high, hence less cheap. The neighbourhood seemed to really be lacking in varied eating establishments and amusement choices.
Positives: Hebbal first attracted me with its great accessibility to the Outer Ring Road and Manyata Tech Park. Just minutes from our house were well-known institutions such as Jain Heritage and premier hospitals like Manipal. Without doubt, my favourite aspect was the closeness to the lovely Hebbal Lake Park, which provided a much-required green getaway. Even though it was not the cheapest location, the ease actually justified the price and produced a very comfortable living experience.
NegativeNegatives: Finding overnight street parking was a regular, aggravating struggle. The power supply could also be unexpectedly erratic at times. Many of the residential streetlights were dim or not operating, which made evening walks rather less safe.
Positives: Being an owner in Hebbal for years, it's absolutely a top location in North Bangalore. Due to the large Hebbal flyover, which links us easily to Bellary Road and the Outer Ring Road, we have great transportation connectivity. One big plus is the easy accessibility of Kempegowda International Airport. Nearby, we also have amazing social infrastructure including Manipal Hospital, Esteem Mall, CNK Public School and Vidyanjali Academy. Providing a desperately needed green and quiet touch to this busy neighborhood is the lovely Hebbal Lake Park.
NegativeNegatives: Daily battle is the infamous traffic bottleneck at the flyover, and some residential areas still struggle with an ongoing dearth of dependable city water supply.
I could not be more pleased I got a house here in this wonderful area. The site is ideal, acting as the unquestionable entrance to North Bangalore and the Airport Road. Due to its close proximity to Manyata Tech Park, this is really a premium, extremely well-connected location with excellent rental yield. For shopping, we have great amenities like Esteem Mall. Also, for dependable medical care, Aster CMI Hospital I feel incredibly secure around here. The breathtaking vista and tranquil green surroundings of the Hebbal Lake make this my clear favourite area. For both quality living and financial development, I quite advise this area. The inadequate cleanliness and hygiene in certain of the internal service corridors, though, begs immediate attention.
Positives: Hebbal is the actual doorway to North Bangalore because of its ideal position on Outer Ring Road and Airport Road. Manyata Tech Park is driving strong rental demand for owners. We live close to Columbia Asia Hospital North and Esteem Mall; amenities are great. Living here is most enjoyable for me because of the beautiful Hebbal Lake vista, and this upscale neighborhood makes me feel secure.
NegativeNegatives: Although I adore this neighborhood and would advise it, two aspects have to be quickly addressed. Even with the daily bottlenecks caused by peak-hour traffic at the primary flyover crossing, constant peaking is exasperating. Another serious negative is the present absence of direct Namma Metro access; we urgently require the Airport Line to be fully running as soon as possible.
The society is nice but the place roads are not planned and are very narrow that's the only problem here
I shifted from Hebbal for my work. The area of Hebbal has excellent connectivity via Bellary Road, Outer Ring Road (NH44), and Hebbal Flyover. There are many hospitals and schools nearby in the locality of Hebbal. Most of the locality is well-lit all around with lighting from streetlights. I love that the green belt consists of parks and lake parks such as BBMP Park, Anandnagar Park, and Hebbal Lake Park. There were dangerous potholes in Hebbal during monsoons due to the poor quality of some roads.
There is a flyover in our area which makes transportation easy for everyone. There are bus stops nearby also the public transport facility is good. The streets are well maintained with plants and street lights. I can reach out to good hospitals, supermarkets, schools, and colleges within a short distance. Hebbal is a demand for top healthcare infrastructure. There are many shops and retail outlets in the area of Hebbal. I get yoga Clinics and Naturopathy centers nearby.
I get several multinational companies like IBM India, Cognizant Technology, TCS, Phillips, and Nokia have their offices in Hebbal. The connected roads of Hebbal are Bellary Road, Outer Ring Road, and Nagarwara Main Road. There are hospitals and schools nearby. The ambiance of this locality is good over here. I faced a problem like there is a lack of municipal water supply. Also, there is a shortage of street lights near the Hebbal bus stop close to a flyover, which is a safety hazard at night.
The area is clean and good. All amenities like hospitals, shopping malls, International airports, restaurants, and grocery stores are available nearby. There are upcoming offices in the nearby Manyata Tech Park. I am very impressed about the upcoming metro between KR Puram-Kempegowda International Airport shall have Hebbal as a station. This locality is the center of top education institutes and schools. This locality has various entertainment facilities with a touch of class and elegance.
Hebbal is home to premium quality property units in the location of Bengaluru. It is a beautiful locality to stay in with the family. This location has good commuting facilities. It offers access to an array of world-class products and services. There are 25 schools nearby in the locality of Hebbal. The streets are well maintained with plants and street lights in the locality. The locality has good potential for growth soon. We feel very safe and satisfied.
