Mulund known as the Prince of Suburbs, Mulund is one of the well-planned residential destinations of Mumbai. It is also known as the greenest stretches of Mumbai. Excellent connectivity to Eastern Express Highway that provides easy access to various parts of Mumbai. Proximity to employment hubs such as Vikhroli, Powai, BKC and Andheri. Due to the presence of good social infrastructure such as hospitals, malls, educational institutes and entertainment zones helps Mulund to gain the fisrt choice in the Home buyers list. Mulund is well-connected with the Air, Road and Rail network.

This place has the prime location of the city and it is well connected with other parts of the city by road or rail. All kinds of transport facilities like buses, auto and trains are easily available throughout the day. The local people are helpful and welcoming in nature, so the people who come from outside of the city feel safe to live. To the high population of this place, it has a high pollution rate.

This place is a prime suburb with all kinds of basic facilities available. This place is well connected by bus, auto, and the central line of the railway. This place is full of street food vendors with tasty food at cheap prices. This place has ample parking space for the residents which is a big facility for any urban area. This place has an issue of frequent power cuts which is one negative side of the place.

This place is well connected with the other parts of the city by roads as well as by railway such as Mulund railway station is close to the place. This place has all kinds of basic amenities like banks, schools, shopping malls, and petrol pumps within 2 to 3 km. The roads are well maintained and the place has no water shortage.

It is a prime suburb with good connectivity and is now enhanced by the metro. Good hospitals and good schools are near this location.

I have been living here for 14 years with my family in my own house. Mulund is the best place for apartments and residences as it is well connected with other parts of the city. This place has a clean environment with well-conditioned roads with proper street lights. From this place, it is easy to travel to New Mumbai, Mumbai, and the Western line also. All kinds of transport are available here like buses, autos, and cabs.
