Living at Aparna Residency in Kothrud was truly a memorable chapter of my life. From the very first day, the place had a warm, welcoming charm that made it feel less like a rental space and more like a home. What stood out the most was the peaceful environment. Despite being in a well-connected part of Kothrud, Aparna Residency manages to maintain a calm and relaxed atmosphere—perfect after a long day. The surrounding greenery and the gentle rhythm of the neighborhood added to its quiet appeal. The apartments themselves were thoughtfully designed, with good ventilation and ample natural light. Mornings felt especially refreshing, with sunlight streaming in and a sense of openness that’s often hard to find in city living. Maintenance was generally well-managed, and any issues were addressed without much hassle, which made day-to-day living comfortable. Another highlight was the sense of community.
