The recreational facilities and green areas are excellent. However, periodic disruptions in the water supply have been a worry.

The project is really good but the parking has always been a concern in this place.

It has been a satisfying experience to buy a 3 BHK in Godrej Habitat. I love clubhouse and sporting facilities most.

Although the apartment's architecture is contemporary, I have experienced problem with some amenities that are not well maintained.

This project is a great investment option. Its location in Sector 3 and the developer's credibility make it extremely attractive.
