I most enjoy the high-rise housing with great views of the Sanjay Gandhi National Park. Mira Road neighborhood has superb trees and is very safe. The close Mira Road Railway Station and the soon to be Metro Station present a significant transportation advantage. I could go to the Wockhardt Hospital and the Maxus Mall just around. I believe the massive open-to-sky podium amenity deck is a really unique selling point. My only little let-down is that the local immediate service roads right near the gate call for rapid maintenance and repair.
