Brigade Tech Gardens Brookefield, Bangalore

The LEED Platinum certificate was a big advantage of this facility. It demonstrates a commitment to environmental sustainability, and we are glad to have our office here.

I toured the campus with my team. We were impressed with its contemporary design and facilities, which are perfect for our growing technology company.

The tech park has a nice, calm atmosphere. It would have been better to have very few buggies and at least one ATM inside the tech park for the staff. appears to be a resort with amazing landscaping and futuristic-looking buildings with lots of empty areas covered in vegetation. The cafeteria is incredible. It was given the name "tech gardens" because it resembles a garden with more plants and trees. Great place to hang out.

One of the best properties in India is Brigade Enterprises. Among the greatest tech gardens in Bangalore is the Brigade Tech Garden. The idea they adhere to here is different insect species, and the infrastructure is distinctive. Structures are referred to by their species names, such as grasshoppers, butterflies, etc. Overall, I had a positive time at the Tech Garden and felt comfortable about the building. The facilities are really contemporary.

Connectivity is a problem during peak hours of this location. Traffic congestion hinders timely arrival. I hope improved access roads are required.

Parking is always such a problem in Bangalore, but here not at all. There's enough room for all the employees. This location is making the daily commute easy.

The recently opened Hatti Kaapi on campus has become a popular gathering place for the public. Having this outlet in the middle of the area, accessible to anyone, is a great idea. The infrastructure is excellent. The reception area and office space. The drawback is that we have to take the elevator on each floor because there is not a staircase. There only one emergency staircase. The project has also received excellent maintenance. A great place!

An excellent illustration of sustainability and development. well-kept landscapes! The only drawback is the scarcity of restaurants and the poor quality and high cost of food served there. There no good chai shop in the tech park. Well-maintained and attractive residential buildings. It a fun fact that, as it a garden, the building names are plainly inspired by insects. There are well-kept trees, gardens, and a rooftop swimming pool in this tidy tech park.

I have never seen a more gorgeous and well-kept tech park in Bangalore, and true to its name, it is filled with greenery. It a quite large tech park that has a lot of interior green space. Love the buildings with unique designs (you will prefer the ground level perspective of the lobby. Both the location appearance and infrastructure are outstanding. Good idea to think of the structures and gardens as hives. Houses well-known companies.

Brigade Tech Garden is a well-maintained place with a variety of modern amenities. However, the place got flooded during the rains. The environment looks and feels so pure and peaceful. Excellently built workspace complete with all the conveniences, multi-level parking, a sizable green space, a water feature, appropriate lighting, intelligent security, tastefully decorated food courts, hotels, an assembly hall, and a host of other amenities. The smoke zone needs some improvement, but overall a good place.

Drop off at the Brookefield bus stop to get here. It has famous businesses such as Mercedes-Benz, Aptiv, and others. You must register your admission at the main gate if you do not have an ID card. My recommendation is to construct a temporary or permanent connecting bridge once government authority has been obtained, allowing residents of the Tech Park and visitors to cross the road safely. Other than that, it a nice, well-kept location.

Each building has centrally located underground parking. Four-wheeler parking is possible with smart parking. Green spaces everywhere. Structures have names derived from many species, such as cocoons and butterflies. There are several tea and snack establishments in the vicinity of this tech garden. The most crucial aspect is that there are upscale beverage shops. It is directly across from the entrance gate. Access to government buses is simple. Buses stop directly in front of the entrance.

Fantastic tech park with first-rate facilities. First-rate facilities are offered. The sole office in the Butterfly building that is now in operation is Manhattan Associates. The cafeteria is excellent. There is plenty of room in it. The food strip, home to all the restaurants, is located directly outside the building across the street. The AECS layout community is the closest bus stop. What a pleasant experience! Six skyscrapers with top-notch interiors are constructed.

This location offers access to all of the major IT offices. It is at the busiest and nicest location. Excellent main road access and a pleasant environment surround the event. The building construction was excellent. Located in Brookefield, East Bangalore, Brigade Tech Gardens is an affordable project with good access to important roads such as HAL Airport Road and ITPL Main Road. The project is ready to be handed out to homeowners. Good location.

The food court options are not great. Wish there was more variety. Hope they open more soon. But this location is soo great.
