I love this project. It is an exceptional project because of its prime location in Doddakannelli and the range of amenities it has.
My communication with the marketing team was excellent; they calmly and clearly answered all of my questions and provided a thorough explanation of the general property details. We paid the property about four or five visits, and each time we were made to feel welcome and had all of our questions answered. In addition, they showed us where the tower was, which piqued our attention, and gave us a thorough explanation of everything.
The area is close to a lake but still has enough space between them, and the metro station in the future will be nearby. The property overall dimensions, planning, and construction progress are all good. When compared to other top builders, the carpet area of the 1100 square foot apartment is reasonable because it is not a matchbox. Both ample interior space and general openness are beneficial. Quite near NPS East School.
Situated about 1 mile from the major Sarjapur road, it is 100 meters from several new schools, including NPS East. Punarjani Ayurvedic Multispeciality Hospital is nearby the property. The floor plan without a common wall notion appealed to me. The apartment has 70% open space. We made numerous trips to the property to ask questions, and the sales staff was always there to answer them and even take us to the site when needed.
I just reserved an apartment here. The property is in a great location?just one kilometer from Sarjapura Road?and is reasonably priced. It also features plenty of open space and amenities. Excellent management and personnel who supplied all the information. I'm hoping they deliver on the scheduled date. Very close to NPS East (walkable distance). Neighboring Prakriya and Primus are two of the best schools. The sales staff is polite and accommodating.
The neighboring lake will become a lovely spot, much like other lakes in the city. I wasn't quite convinced about the concept and had a lot of reservations after reading a lot of reviews. After touring the project, all of my questions were answered, and I was persuaded. In the area, there are also a lot of new schools and other developments planned. close to the Wipro office and the RGA Tech Park.
This project is reasonably priced. Around Sarjapur Road, I have seen a lot of projects. Usually, the floor plan is poorly designed, the cost is excessive, or the project is too far from the major road. I'm happy to provide more information about the booking process to those that require it. The project has a solid floor plan, plenty of space, modern facilities, and pricing that is competitive with the market.
The apartment's contemporary look and the complex's facilities make it a great place. But location away from markets is a drawback.
Being close to shopping malls and schools, it is a worthwhile investment for the future.

We reserved a two-bedroom apartment in DSR Highland Greenz. The personnel described every element of the flat with great friendliness. The society is well situated because Sarjapur Main Road is close by. Additionally, hospitals and schools are close by. We are happy with the purchase. The fact that this project is only about 1.5 kilometers from Sarjapur Road main intersection is what I enjoy the most. The price should have been fairer.
I think this is best suited for both residential and investment purposes; only the slightly higher price is something that bothered me. I had a positive experience all around. The location is excellent, with convenient access to the majority of IT offices and about one kilometer from Sarjapur Main Road. The project floor plan is excellent and packed with features. This is the best option for those looking for an apartment in a nice location.
The builder commitments are commendable, and the property is in good condition. The project is moving along quite nicely. The group provided all-around support. Aside from that, if you are a sincere buyer, it a positive experience overall. They are harsh during negotiations. Given the strong demand, both parties benefit. The builder has made sincere promises and is keeping them, and the amenities are good. You will also get SBI approved home loans.
The community boasts several amenities and is constructed on ten acres of land. It also looks fantastic how the room is laid out. Delivery of the apartments is anticipated by March 2025. This is a deal breaker if everything turns out to be as promised. Our attraction was the lack of shared walls, the well-designed layout, the minimal waste of space, and the abundance of facilities. There could have been more three Bhk flats.
Although the project's architecture is impressive, the non-availability of immediate public transportation has been problematic.
