According to the UK RERA, outside intervention will not be permitted in the environmentally sensitive green belt. There have been complaints to the UK RERA regulator about the project’s encroachment on the green belt. Unauthorised construction was being built in the Green Belt region, where project officials had begun development. 

Furthermore, the project’s registration validity expired in March 2022. Despite this, the company had not submitted either the completion certificate or a renewal application. The plan blatantly violates Section 8 of the RERA Act.
