The large set of amenities in the project along with its good location make it a good buy for home owners looking for convenience and comfort.

We've (my wife and myself) have been living here for a month and we're very happy with the service we've received here at Mahindra Splendour. The gym and swimming pool are second to none, and there's always a shuttle bus available nearby in case you need one.

I moved in here last week and it's been one surprise after another. For one Mahindra Splendour has all the amenities you need like 24-hour water, power backup and is situated in parkland. Overall a homely stay with all the necessary facilities to make your stay a happy one, and lots of common areas so you can get along with the other residents.

The project has its plus points, but the delay in taking possession of our apartment was disappointing.

I am comfortable with it owing to the clean and well-maintained amenities. Public transport proximity has also made the daily commute convenient.

I have stayed in this apartment block for a week and it has been fantastic. The apartment is well connected, affordable and has good facilities. The management team is very helpful in getting you settled into your new home. The other neighbors also came by to welcome me to the place and fed me some sweets. Definitely the kind of friendly place you want.

We were very happy to be staying in this place. It's a beautiful park-like setting, with all the necessary amenities. Definitely worth the price! The pool and gym are great for a leisurely visit if you don't want to venture out into Mumbai but rather stay inside in a private bubble.

I've been staying at this apartment block in Mahindra Splendour for the last week and I can't say enough good things about it. It's great to be able to park your car, take your bike or run around with your dog on the vast grounds of the complex.

Though the amenities are good, the maintenance cost is a bit high.
