I have stayed in this apartment block for a week and it has been fantastic. The apartment is well connected, affordable and has good facilities. The management team is very helpful in getting you settled into your new home. The other neighbors also came by to welcome me to the place and fed me some sweets. I moved in here last week and it's been one surprise after another. For one Mahindra Splendour has all the amenities you need like 24-hour water, power backup and is situated in parkland. Overall a homely stay with all the necessary facilities to make your stay a happy one, and lots of common areas so you can get along with the other residents.

We were very happy to be staying in this place. It's a beautiful park-like setting, with all the necessary amenities. Definitely worth the price! The pool and gym are great for a leisurely visit if you don't want to venture out into Mumbai but rather stay inside in a private bubble.

I've been staying at this apartment block in Mahindra Splendour for the last week and I can't say enough good things about it. It's great to be able to park your car, take your bike or run around with your dog on the vast grounds of the complex.
