Arkade Earth is the best option for people traveling to places for work and for people with children who go to school. Older people can find quick medical aid in nearby places and altogether the entire project vibes warmth, positivity, goodwill, security, and complete safety for all residents. All major facilities are nearby which is the reason why I bought a unit in this project.
The Arkade Earth project is well connected to the city and makes it convenient for people to travel in and around the residence. The residence is connected to Eastern Express highway and some other important roads which connect it with all the city hotspots and important official workplaces. Arkade Earth is in the Central Suburbs of Mumbai, specifically, Kanjumarg East. The entire area is full of greenery and is by itself a nature-themed residential project. The natural influence the residents has is very important for the well-being of the residents and makes them very satiated.
The pricing is slightly on the higher side compared to other similar projects in the area.
While the complex provides many amenities, the drainage system has been said to be problematic.
