I am loving the huge balconies and tranquil atmosphere. It is an actual city oasis.

Having lived here has been a pleasure for me. The expansive layout and excellent build quality are impressive.

Besides Mayfair Apartments being in the prime spot of Khar West, it is built away from the hurried and the hustle-bustle places, that the city is known for. My family is in love with the fact that, Mumbai's most known fashion market, Link Road, is less than couple of hundred meters away.

The price of it might be a little on the expensive side for most people, but for someone like me who enjoys the premium ness that Mayfair Apartments provides to my lifestyle, the price feels just right. I enjoy my life here.

You can never go wrong with owning a property in Mumbai, is what they all say. And me, as someone who owns one in one of the most luxurious projects, Mayfair Apartments of Khar West, can approve of the saying.

While apartments are lavish, maintenance charges are on the upper side.

I don't have to worry about my kids staring into screens all day long, all thanks to Mayfair Apartment's well thought and designed area that has Badminton, cricket and volleyball courts. Area for indoor games, park for yoga and walks. It all just seems like a bundle of dream, until you own a place in Mayfair Apartments.

Before purchasing the property, I researched into the developers of the project, was amazed to know, it was Mayfair Housing's very own project. They are the leading entity of real estate market, also developing infrastructures for Central and State governments. I trusted them than any other developers of the city, after knowing the fact.

The location is optimal, but I would have liked more facilities in the complex.
