While having a show round I was told the buildings were made to be earthquake resistant, they even do rainwater harvesting and have very good waste management systems in place. The art gymnasium and the kid's play area were the highlight and would be loved by any kid. Amenities such as banquets, a swimming pool and power backup for lifts and clubhouse facilities are highly appreciable within this price point.
The variety of options you get from staying in Omkar Meridia is mind-boggling as it is situated statically to cater to all resident's needs. Educational institutions, medical facilities, local markets, and even the train stations- Victoria and Kula Junction are close by, providing good connectivity with the rest of the city and would not require you to travel for basic needs.
