There are many things in the Omkar Meridia that I have never seen anywhere else. While having a show round I was told the buildings were made to be earthquake resistant, they even do rainwater harvesting and have very good waste management systems in place. The art gymnasium and the kid's play area were the highlight and would be loved by any kid. I like how Omkar Meridia is nestled in the busy suburbs of Mumbai as the Victoria Terminus is very close by, as well as other train stations like Kurla Junction and Tilak Nagar, and this allows for simple access to the entire city.
