Their specialization in building opulent spaces is reflected by the sophisticated designs of the Omkar Meridia Apartments. Since it is only a short distance from Central Mumbai and indeed offers excellent connectivity to the most significant parts of the city. One of the many additional enticing qualities for homeowners like me is the ease with which they can access all necessary social infrastructures such as medical shops, retail stores or educational establishments in the area.

The variety of options you get from staying in Omkar Meridia is mind-boggling as it is situated statically to cater to all resident's needs. Educational institutions, medical facilities, local markets, and even the train stations- Victoria and Kula Junction are close by, providing good connectivity with the rest of the city and would not require you to travel for basic needs.

There are many things in the Omkar Meridia that I have never seen anywhere else. While having a show round I was told the buildings were made to be earthquake resistant, they even do rainwater harvesting and have very good waste management systems in place. The art gymnasium and the kid's play area were the highlight and would be loved by any kid. Amenities such as banquets, a swimming pool and power backup for lifts and clubhouse facilities are highly appreciable within this price point.

I like how Omkar Meridia is nestled in the busy suburbs of Mumbai as the Victoria Terminus is very close by, as well as other train stations like Kurla Junction and Tilak Nagar, and this allows for simple access to the entire city. Being an IT professional, I am happy to find such a beautiful apartment close to the IT hub in Kurla. This has made my daily journey to work easy and I would highly recommend it to all.

Omkar Meridia Apartments is surely making a name for itself in Kurla West with its affordable luxury apartments. Some may see the price to be on the higher side because the amenities that come with it are one of the best compared to all the listings, I have viewed in the vicinity of Mumbai suburbs.
