BMC has announced completion targets for three significant infrastructure projects. The Vidyavihar east-west connector is slated to open by August 31, the first phase of the Goregaon-Mulund Link Road (GMLR) by September, and the Mankhurd-Maharashtra Nagar flyover by May 31, 2027. These projects are expected to improve traffic flow and connectivity in their respective areas.

A total of 20 residential transactions has been registered so far for Rajhem JVLR 60, amounting to ₹ 22 Cr till August 2026.

During Q2'2026, average property prices for Rajhem JVLR 60 moved from ₹ 23,600/sqft to ₹ 27,800/sqft, reflecting a 17.80% rise.

MMRDA Presents Surplus Budget with Significant Allocation for Infrastructure

MMRDA has presented a surplus budget of ₹48,072 crore, with 87% allocated to infrastructure projects, including roads, public transport, and urban development. A notable provision of ₹4,000 crore is earmarked for the development of Mumbai 3.0 New Town, aiming for planned urban expansion.

The highly anticipated 'Missing Link' project on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway is set to be inaugurated on May 1, significantly reducing travel time by approximately 30 minutes and enhancing safety. The 10.5-km stretch features tunnels and a bridge, bypassing the accident-prone Khandala Ghat. This infrastructure upgrade is expected to ease traffic congestion, improve travel safety.

A total of 14 out of 110 launched units have been booked as of February 2026, including 19% of 1 BHK(13 out of 68 units), 2% of 2 BHK(1 out of 42 units).
