Panvel-Karjat Corridor Nears Completion, MRVC Accelerates Mumbai Rail Upgrades

Mumbai Railway Vikas Corporation (MRVC) has made significant progress on suburban rail projects. The Panvel-Karjat New Suburban Corridor is nearing completion, The Virar-Dahanu Road Quadrupling Project is progressing fast. Signalling and telecommunication works have been commissioned at Kelve Road station.

External Works has reached 100%, Internal finishing stands at 100%, MEP Services including lift and staircases, are now 100% done.

A total of 151 out of 330 launched units have been booked as of November 2024, including 49% of WING B STUDIO APT(39 out of 80 units), 82% of WING A STUDIO APT(41 out of 50 units), 33% of WING E STUDIO APT(26 out of 80 units), 56% of WING D STUDIO APT(45 out of 80 units).

A total of 80 out of 300 launched units have been booked as of June 2024, including 49% of WING B STUDIO APT(39 out of 80 units), 82% of WING A STUDIO APT(41 out of 50 units).

Internal finishing stands at 100%, MEP Services including lift and staircases, are now 100% done.

A total of 61 out of 300 launched units have been booked as of January 2024, including 35% of WING B STUDIO APT(28 out of 80 units), 66% of WING A STUDIO APT(33 out of 50 units).

External Works has reached 100%, MEP Services including lift and staircases, are now 88% done.

A total of 52 out of 300 launched units have been booked as of November 2023, including 30% of WING B STUDIO APT(24 out of 80 units), 56% of WING A STUDIO APT(28 out of 50 units).

Structural Works reach 60% completion, External Works has reached 95%, Internal finishing stands at 80%, MEP Services including lift and staircases, are now 75% done.

A total of 49 out of 300 launched units have been booked as of January 2023, including 25% of WING B STUDIO APT(20 out of 80 units), 58% of WING A STUDIO APT(29 out of 50 units).
