Better society
We found well designed, green, and open residential complex at Supertech Cape Town in Noida a few days ago. Sector 74 has a beautiful landscape with a well-designing structure. We get our flat at a modern design with attractive decoration. We are now living in a peaceful environment.
Sector 74 has strategically located in Noida Central. The project is well connected. We get various modes of transportation to connect to other areas in Noida. We get the Noida city center metro station nearby our Sector. I found a dance academy nearby our Sector. I think the project has a prime location in Noida city.
We get a posh residential complex with excellent amenities. This project offers us a wide range of sports amenities like a swimming pool, badminton court, a skating rink, a basketball, a cricket ground, etc. Cafe and Library are my favourite place on the weekend. Jacuzzi, Spa, and Indoor Games are so luxurious.
Our flat has good built quality with good design structure. The Oil Bound Distemper wall, attractive Modular Kitchen, and premium bath fittings structures are too good. Our room is so luxurious and has a good space. The project is too good to see.
Sector 74 is an excellent residential complex. The safety system is too good. Intercom security and video phone system are impressive. All services are appreciable. This project has a good, eco-friendly structure. We are glad to be part of Supertech Cape Town.
