I chose Chikhali mostly for long term holding. I am not living here. Pristine Square One appealed to me in part because of its architecture. The builder's performance seemed to be constant. That gave me faith. Hospitals and institutions are close. That benefits prospective tenants. I view this as a potential investment. PCMC zones connect well with the area. A growing residential population allows one to feel safe. Local businesses are nearby. Shopping centres are a brief vehicle ride away. The new metro plan offers value. Slow civic growth near the location worries me. Roads and footpaths have to be appropriately completed. Greater foliage beyond the entrance will assist. Still, I believe the option fits my intended course.
