Welworth Tinseltown Bavdhan, Pune

I was looking at apartments for almost two months before I found WelworthTinseltown and I can tell you with certainty, you’re not going to find betterdeals in Pune. This great development has 2BHK and 3BHK apartmentsoffered at the cheapest rates in Pune, and that too with a surprising amount ofspace in them.

All of the other apartments I looked at were 2 Cr+ just for two bedrooms, whichI absolutely am not paying!! For context, I am a single mother with two kids(both sons) so I really wanted a development that was comfortable for my kids,maybe with sports facilities included in them.

Tinseltown more than delivers on that. It has a gymnasium they can start usingwhen they get a little older along with a swimming pool, table tennis areas, ajogging track and even a skating rink! I didn’t see a skating rink anywhere else,by the way.

The apartment itself is very comfortable. I have a 2bhk place for me and myboys and it measures just over 1000 sq. ft. which is more than enough spacefor us. I’m also very happy with the security features since with a main gateguard and CCTV everywhere I can let them go down to play without having toconstantly hover around them.

One small problem is that it is pretty far away from Paud Road which I use toget to work, about 2KM away. Still, with how great this place is, I am willing toput up with the little discomfort from that.
