    I am quite content living on Mira Road East. This is a cheap area. Markets and buses nearby help me to simply handle daily necessities. I await Metro Line 9 and travel through Mira Road station. I go to Wockhardt Hospital. I rent here for family comfort. After rain, traffic jams and waterlogging annoy me.

    The place is actually ideal for great connectivity via the Mira Road railway station and the Western Express Highway is the main benefit here, it makes my daily commute quite manageable. The approaching Metro Line 9 has me quite enthusiastic. The area is lively and feels extremely safe with excellent schools, several multispecialty hospitals like Sunrise, offering us a great liability score are also many of eating and retail alternatives. The calm, green belt regions that give a reviving respite from the bustle of the city are my favourites. But I have seen that some low-lying regions suffer major waterlogging and sewage problems during strong monsoon seasons, therefore improvement is obviously needed for all-year comfort.

    Frankly speaking, I will give full marks to Mira Road East, in terms of the value that you get while staying here. If you consider the price points, then you will realize. You cannot expect a SoBo here, since the rates are rather affordable. There are multiple real estate societies and communities here, along with several pharmacies, clinics, schools, and other amenities. I commute to the MIDC every day by car, and so far, it has been rather smooth. The only thing is that traffic jams are a major issue in the main road, and that creates a little nuisance at times.

    I absolutely adore staying and working here. It's truly the best place for young families to find awesome affordability and good value for money within the MMR area. The greatest plus point is our connectivity, owing to the Western Railway line and the proximity to the Western Express Highway, making commuting easier than in most suburbs. We provide a fantastic residential life with good green belts around the creek and a good social setup of schools and malls. As an agent, I often emphasize the soon-to-be-constructed Metro Line 10, which will substantially increase future property prices. Although the region provides a strong residential setting, we badly need some upgrade in the local drainage system and good, less-crowded internal roads for easier daily commuting.

    Being a owner at Mira Road East is honestly the smartest choice for my family's. The area is really affordable, making it possible for us to own a spacious house with a park and green space within reach that's hard to come by elsewhere. Connectivity is already excellent through the railway and the Western Express Highway, but the future Metro Line 9 takes the cake. It will significantly reduce my journey time to commercial centers in Andheri. I strongly recommend this location. The only critical infrastructural overhaul we badly need is to permanently eliminate the heavy traffic jams and poor drainage problems that sometimes plague the main Ghodbunder Road section during the monsoon season.

    Positives: It was a good decision on my part to relocate to Mira Road East. I got the ideal combination of affordability and very good city connectivity without having to shell out central Mumbai rates. I really enjoyed the smooth connectivity through the Western Express Highway and the Mira Road railway station, making my daily commute very easy. The local infrastructure was extremely strong, having many multi-speciality hospitals such as Sunrise and several good schools and colleges within proximity. For the good enjoyment, the municipal authorities must surely stabilise the water supply, as the same would be erratic sometimes. Furthermore, I feel proper public transport options in the lesser internal lanes would make the local mobility better.

The most attractive aspect is the fantastic connectivity: the Western Express Highway is just here, and the Mira Road railway station makes traveling easy. And with great schools, hospitals such as Sunrise, and the green belt surrounding it, it actually comes across like a complete and standalone locality. Negatives: But even as a satisfied owner, there are certainly two problems we encounter. Firstly, the traffic is simply craziness around the junction during rush office hours, which requires better regulation. Secondly, sometimes the water supply is not dependable, especially during summer. Overall, these are slight issues for an otherwise ideal residential property.

I appreciate future metro connectivity (Line 9/Red Line and other corridors), reducing travel time to Mumbai and the airport. I prefer the proximity of malls, schools, and hospitals, and I can see several new RERA projects and gated complexes keeping rental rates constant. I like this locality. Negatives: I also caution visitors that I have experienced low-lying pockets severely waterlogged during spells of heavy monsoons. Therefore, always advise buyers to check drainage history.
