I own a home here, and my experiences are positive. I enjoy Sector 47’s fame for Medanta access and prime Sohna Road location. I get good rental yield and steady demand. I like the peaceful neighbourhood and nearby development. My suggestions are fixing drainage and managing traffic, which disappoint many residents.

I live in Sector 47, and my experiences feel comfortable. I like the green streets and calm vibe. I enjoy easy access to Sohna Road and offices. I visit Good Earth City Centre often. I trust Medanta Hospital and DPS nearby. I feel rents are high. My suggestions are better parking control and smoother roads.

The locality shows strong demand. I must recommend my clients. I highlight Sohna Road access and smooth cab movement. Millennium City Centre Metro connectivity is a strength of this area. DPS International School and Park Hospital are nearby. I warn my clients about traffic congestion and limited public parking.

I love Sector 47 because it’s a posh area right on Sohna Road. Our commuting is easy with the Huda City Centre metro, which is just 15 minutes away. Having Park Hospital and Raheja Mall so close is great. However, the internal road repairs are slow here. Also, waterlogging during the rains is a mess.

I think the rent is reasonable for such a great location. Low water pressure irritates me one thing. The primary issue to be fixed is the failing service lanes
