Acme Boulevard 2.5 Bedroom 950 Sq.Ft. Apartment in Andheri East Mumbai

I’ve been a resident of this luxury boulevard for a week and I’m very happywith the development so far. It is mainly a luxury development with 2BHK and3BHK apartments and I chose a 2BHK place. The price is reasonable and notpricey even though it is in the expensive Andheri East region.

My apartment itself is just under 900 sq. ft. but still feels spacious due to theelegant construction and foreign style of building. One of the developers toldme it is European. Regardless of the style, it also comes with great amenitiesfor the tenants.

There is full coverage power supply backup for when the electricity is out aswell as 24 hour running water in every apartment. That is the best feature asapartments and flats in this region often have trouble with water supply.

Plus there is drinking water provided also. For security there is a guard whodoes not let anybody but residents, servicemen, and visitors inside, along withCCTV cameras and firefighting systems installed in all the hallways.

I am particularly grateful for the environment around the park. It is a lush parkenvironment kept neat so you can take walks whenever you want. The littleclubhouse can get full on the weekends but is still a great place to talk with myneighbors. The sports grounds (badminton, tennis, cricket etc.) are neverempty and my kids play cricket a lot here There is also a spa and jacuzziavailable here but I have not gone there yet.
