Listing ID: #10070109

From an investment perspective, Rohan Abhilasha is a smart option in Wagholi. The brand value of Rohan Builders, combined with the fast development of Wagholi and upcoming infrastructure, makes this project highly desirable. I have personally facilitated multiple resale and rental transactions here with excellent client satisfaction

Having my office nearby is a big advantage of this place. Daily travel is so easy. Also amenities are great.

Great location it was. Commute to work is easy, and all essentials are nearby.

I recently moved in. Children love play areas and pools. Delighted with our decision.

I absolutely love the open space with greenery here! It feels fresh and open, unlike other packed societies.

The dance Room and Library of the apartment attracted me all the time. The attached Market in the apartment is very beneficial for all residents. High-Speed Elevators and the lift facility are very convenient for all. Our flat have construction quality and is very decorative from all sides. It is a well-designed apartment with proper ventilation and natural sunlight. It is a perfect home for me.

This company maintains its environment very well. Sewage Treatment Plant and Rain Water Harvesting are including their maintenance process. The project is conscious of its environment. They are also conscious of the residents' safety issues. The project provides us with all kinds of safety.

This project offers a luxurious lifestyle. It has so many options to feel the luxury of life. The enjoyable amenities are Gymnasium, Swimming Pool, Cricket, Cricket, Tennis Court, Kids' Play Areas, etc. Skating Rink is the most interesting amenity they provide. Spa, Jacuzzi, Jacuzzi, and Mini Theatre are very attracted me in my free time.

The Project is situated in Wagholi in a very peaceful location. Nagar Road and Kharadi Bypass are well connected to the project location. Pune International Airport is very close to this location. Many international and national schools are very close to apartments. Many hotels and hospitals are near this project.

Rohan Abhilasha provides us with a comfortable and luxurious lifestyle. Apartments are fabulous. They provide all amenities at an affordable price. Our life can be easy with this amazing lifestyle. The construction quality is incredible. It provides a well-decorated structure with a pleasant environment.

The quality of construction is excellent, but occasional water issues problematic for us.
