Highland Tower is located very conveniently at Lokhandwala. My office is a 10- minutes’ drive from here. Lokhandwala Marg is very close to where I live which makes it easy for me to commute. Overall, the project is very strategically placed for my needs.

The things which I like about Highland Tower are the playground for the children, sand pits, Kids play area. My 6-year-old child enjoys the evenings after school. Other amenities like 24/7 security and power backup are also some added advantages for me.

I always wanted my flat to be in a location with fewer traffic jams and excellent amenities. Highland Towers is located in a very strategical place where it is very close to major roads but the traffic snarls are also not very disturbing. The connectivity to major arterial roads is the main reason why I chose this apartment.

Excellent room layouts and big open spaces are both features of Highland Tower. My two-bedroom apartment, 1250 square feet in size, is relatively spacious and has terraces with a lovely view of the grass and well-kept flowers around this development. In my opinion, anyone searching for a cheap location to stay in Mumbai should check it out.

I am pretty satisfied with the high-end fixtures that Highland Tower offers. The site is in Mumbai's Western Suburbs and offers many amenities, including continuous power backup and round-the-clock flowing water. One thing to remember is that it can be challenging to obtain parking near this project for large vehicles like jeeps.

In my area there are a lot of positivity some of them I can describe here no shortage of light and water and also here is 24 hrs electricity connection. Here are well maintained roads are available.Here is almost no crime rate in our area the main reason for this is because police patrolling regularly in our area the policeman's are so humble they will help you at any time. Here proper school, hotels and good hospitals are available.Close to our area therapy are many gardens available so that people can do jogging and excersise and will stay fit. Here markets are also available at some distance. Here you will get easy cab and autorickshaw available so that if it is urgent you can go to from that. I think in my area all are facility available that is needed for good life. In our area some negative things are there. Here is main problem of traffic jam.Here a lot of traffic at morning and evening time if you are stucked in traffic then it will definitely take around 1 hour to take out from that.
