Good schools like Nova, Orchids, and neighbourhood clinics are great for residents. Baner and Aundh are a fast drive from shopping and lifestyle choices. For Paud Road stretches, systematic road widening should be urgently addressed in my opinion together with improved stormwater/drainage strategy to prevent monsoon problems. I am noticing consistent expansion here.

    Not long ago I relocated to Bavdhan; I find it quite appealing. On the west side of Pune, I believe it looks good. Hence I rapidly commute to Hinjewadi and Baner for work. Local buses and cars are how I travel; the routes are mostly straight. In my opinion, the sewage drainage stinks following strong rain and occasionally has to be better cleaned. The green spaces, calm streets, and neighborhood stores most struck me. Rapid access to schools and hospitals is what suits me best. I see nearby tiny hospitals and Nova International. Being close to corporate centers like Hinjewadi IT Park helps me as well. For renters like me, I believe more late public transportation would be beneficial.

    Living in Bavdhan with my family, I appreciate serene mornings from my balcony. With Paud Road, the neighbourhood is well connected to Pune. It links me effortlessly to the Mumbai-Pune road, Baner, and Kothrud. Directionally close is the metro corridor; additional phases of the metro and ring-road designs will be beneficial. Local buses and cars go very often. Small clinics, stores and daily groceries are all a brief walk away. Around my street, the area is verdant and immaculate. I feel secure since police are seen patrolling. Chandani Chowk market and the mountains for evening hikes are among my top hangouts. One good school is Nova International; the Deshpande Clinics is a local hospital I utilise. Peak-hour Paud Road traffic is my first worry.

    The growing infrastructure was a major benefit as it provided fast access to top hospitals like Chellaram Hospital and great schools like Ryan International. Though the metro was nearby at Vanaz Station, the local bus system was dependable and connectivity was great via NDA Road and the Mumbai-Bangalore motorway. We enjoyed many outdoor activity choices and plenty of eating at spots like Frangipani, which was really enjoyable. My major letdown was the great scarcity of water we experienced, often fighting for good drinking water. Furthermore, slow and annoying was the journey to the principal city because of heavy traffic congestion on the main routes from continuous building.

Chellaram Hospital among others, provides good healthcare nearby; our institutions, Ryan International, are top notch. There are quiet places to unwind, markets, and cafes for everyday life. One thing I wish was upgraded is the drainage system, thereby preventing monsoon-induced waterlogging. Still, having a house here seems to be a wise and rather fulfilling decision.

Ryan International School and neighbouring top-notch healthcare facilities Chellaram Hospital. Though Bavdhan itself lacks a metro station, the closest one is at Vanaz. Although the region is mostly safe, two problems need resolving, we often suffer water shortages and the drainage system often causes waterlogging during the monsoons.

    I acquired my property in Bavdhan because of its green, mountainous scenery and excellent mix of nature and convenience provided by its strong connections via NDA Road, Paud Road, and the highway. Good upside in property value exists as schools, hospitals, and utilities are all within easy access. Though I live just minutes from stores and cafes, the peaceful terrace evenings with hill vistas are my most favourite thing. I want more rigorous management of encroachments on footpaths and roads as well as improved last-mile public transportation links to be among the points that get better.
