The project sits on a four-side open plot, which not only gives it a feeling of openness but also allows for excellent cross-ventilation and natural light in the apartments. Its location is truly one of its biggest strengths; major roads and arterial routes of Noida are just a short walk away, making daily commuting and access to the rest of the city very convenient.
The apartment sizes here are noticeably large and grand compared to many other developments in the area, which adds to the feeling of spacious living. In terms of layout and planning, the project has been designed to offer residents both privacy and openness, something that is hard to find in centrally located properties.
On the flip side, some of the amenities promised by the developer are not yet fully available.
