Additionally, the personnel is kind and supportive. Living at Mapsko Casa Bella is an excellent choice. The complex is kept up nicely, and the units are roomy and cozy. Being close to retail centres, hospitals, and schools makes the location even more practical.

Large apartments in a great position near several shopping centres and local markets, with a lovely green space. Very bustling neighborhood right outside the society with a local market that includes a salon, medical shop, mandir, etc. The internal road and main gate entry are likewise quite roomy. The gym, swimming pool, and other activities are open for use. also features a lawn tennis setup. There's also a kids' play area there.

The community's maintenance costs are reasonable when compared to those of other communities in the area, it is conveniently located near a mall and a national route, and it has decent parking facilities for its apartments. There is not enough guest parking in the community, and several of the apartments have seepage issues. Of the 10�12 apartments listed for rent, 2-3 of them have seepage issues. This is probably the only issue here but the maintenance team has been helpful with them.

Good society with lots of open area for youngsters to play and stroll. CCTV at the main gate entrance and the tower access. Club House with a spa, gym, and other necessary amenities Enjoy your green space. A basic products store might be found inside or outside of civilization. Visitors' parking space is limited. Rwa have no teeth at all. Everything belongs only to the builder. The poorest quality is in construction.

CCTV cameras are positioned in key areas. Nice view of the river. There are security guards around, and the parking area is excellent. With a good internal road, a society bus that travels the whole length of Casa Bella, and the best part�minimum maintenance charge. Only two minutes separate this gated neighborhood from NH-8. CCTV has been placed by the society at key areas to monitor guest activity. Well-kept parks with lush greenery.

There are many benefits that exist in the vicinity of Sector 82 where the project is located. An RRTS metro station will soon be built close to Kherki Daula. The toll will also be moved farther out of the city. Within 4 kilometres, there is an I SBT that will pass quite close to Gurgaon Global City. The Mumbai Delhi expressway is scheduled to be constructed in five years, with municipal corporation water delivery having commenced.

One of New Gurgaon's greatest communities in terms of setting and design. There are plenty of gardens, ample space for rooms, excellent security, and no problems with power or water. The upkeep, which has lately been taken care of, is the only drawback I could see throughout my time in the community. Apart from that, everything runs smoothly. Plaster flaking off in all directions. It has frequently fallen off, giving inhabitants a limited escape route. Neglecting routine fumigation and pest treatment. Rats, ants, and other insects abound in common locations.
