One of New Gurgaon's greatest communities in terms of setting and design. There are plenty of gardens, ample space for rooms, excellent security, and no problems with power or water. The upkeep, which has lately been taken care of, is the only drawback I could see throughout my time in the community. Apart from that, everything runs smoothly. Plaster flaking off in all directions. It has frequently fallen off, giving inhabitants a limited escape route. Neglecting routine fumigation and pest treatment. The community's maintenance costs are reasonable when compared to those of other communities in the area, it is conveniently located near a mall and a national route, and it has decent parking facilities for its apartments. There is not enough guest parking in the community, and several of the apartments have seepage issues. Of the 10�12 apartments listed for rent, 2-3 of them have seepage issues.
